Client was advised of all problems with his old hardwood floor such as not having sufficient nails, having multiple gaps between wood pieces, having multiple deep scratches, having multiple deep marks and floor being wavy. Client advised us to proceed and understood some marks, scratches and the waviness would not be removed. Client didn't want to remove old floor. Pictures before and after job clearly shows most of the scratches and marks were removed. Our company gave a one year written warranty as to the application of the Bona Mega water based polyurethane. Client signed a disclaimer that our company did no warranty any problems as to floors. Client's claims are as to the condition of his floors that existed before the job was started and not as to the application of the Bona Mega. BR endless attempts to accommodate client and attempt to resolve his unrealistic expectations has been fruitless. Client constantly disrespected Sarah and installers. Client's disputed amount of $2,800.00 is also incorrect. Therefore, BR Wood Floors did not do anything improper and Client's complain should be disregarded.
