Review: I had a pedicure at the Bella Lei Salon on August 25, 2015. At that time, I requested that the gift card balance of $10 that I had in the computer leftover from a previous appointment be used towards my total charge of $45. The receptionist was unable to find a record of my balance. After several phone conversations with [redacted], she was able to find my balance. I was told that I would receive a refund of $10 since I had paid the full amount at my appointment. Over the last 3 ½ months, I have called several times to ask why I have not received my refund. Each time I was told that it would be taken care of. I have yet to receive my $10 refund. Additionally, I sent a letter explaining the entire issue on December 6, 2015. I received no response of any kind. I simply would like to receive a check for $10 for the gift card balance that I intended to use in August but was unable to use due to an error on the part of Bella Lei.Desired Settlement: $10 refund
