Monogram Letter "B" does not look like a "B" at all. It looks like an "R". Company refuses to fix the monogram.I paid $228 fro two monogrammed bath towels. [redacted] with Tawny color monogram Order #XXXXXXXX on August 12 2013. They were delivered September 24th. The color is very much a peach color. I was told on the phone Tawny is a Tan color. If you go on the Bella Lino website and look at their sample of Tawny color it looks Tan not Peach. More importantly.........The Monogram Letter "B" that I requested is with out a doubt the letter "R". I called to inquire about the letter "B" discrepancy and was told immediately that It is the letter "B" and I just wasn't "seeing it correctly". If I could upload or email a picture of the monogram it will be very clear that the monogram is incorrect.Desired SettlementFull Refund or Fix the monogram on my current towels so the "B" looks like a "B" not an "R"Business Response **Copies of all email communications can be provided. Please advise if we should email/mail.[redacted]8/12/13-Customer placed order & called to correct monogram letters. 8/19/13-Customer confirmed order, delivery and order policies via email. 9/20/12-Order shipped. 9/24/13-Customer called regarding letter being sewn incorrect. We checked records and embroidery sketch and items were sewn correctly. She was not happy with letter appearance. We asked her to return it to us for embroiderer to look at it and to correct or resew if we made an error. She did not feel she should have to pay for the shipping to us which would have been repaid if this was indeed our error. 9/28/13-Email was sent to customer inquiring if she had sent the items to us for our embroiderer to look at so that she could schedule the embroidery work. We also emailed a drawing of the letter 'R' so that she can see the difference. We then offered to pay the shipping back to us, AND even offered for her to select an entirely new monogram on a new set of towels if she wished. 9/30/13-Customer responded for us to send the return label to her and that she wanted to select another monogram style and color and would email that to us.*Regarding the color: This was not mentioned to be any issue until later. Also, we offer FREE swatches in advance for customer preview and encourage it if a color match is required as colors can appear different on computers. 10/8/13-We received the returned towels.**While we understand the customer was not happy with the monogram letters, we did make every effort to re-sew a letter or even select a new monogram entirely. We did arrange for return shipping as well. We tried to work with this customer so as not to escalate a complaint. **Our Resolution: We feel it is best to refund this customer. A refund for $228.00 has been issued on 10/10/13 to the original method of payment.
