We have investigated the circumstances of Ms. [redacted]'s purchase.  On 5/08/2016, Ms. [redacted] placed an online order for the Bella Lip Tint. They paid one charge of $145.00 for 5 packs of the Bella Lip Tint. Due to the high demand for Bella Lip Tint, we recently experienced a back order....

Our company made great efforts to keep a constant line of communication with our customers by notifying them of the most current, up to date tracking status of their order to their email address provided. An email notification was sent to the customer informing them of the back order and estimated time of arrival. The customer is also sent a tracking notification email, which includes their UPS tracking number. This allows for the customer to track their package once the order is fulfilled and shipped. The customer has the ability to cancel or adjust their order at any time by calling customer service at [redacted] or emailing [redacted]. If a customer needs to contact customer service the phone number is listed on [redacted]. Ms. [redacted] contacted customer service on 7/18/2016, long after her charge was disputed as a charge-back with her credit card company. During this call, they voiced their dissatisfaction and and their difficulty they experienced trying to get a hold of us. Our website contains all necessary contact information and there is also a contact portal available for consumer's to pose their requests or questions. As we are fully invested in customer satisfaction, we have issued a refund in the amount of $145.00 back to the card on file. Ms. [redacted] has been notified of the resolution via email.
