Bella Lucaold Glen HwyUnit EEagle River Alaska To whom it may concern: The client in question came to my business on12-9-to receive a chemical service she has received at our salon numerous times before. In our business, the hairdressers are responsible for pre-quoting the clients before the service starts(This is standard procedure at our salon) The client was then quoted a price of 120$, which she agreed upon ,and the hairdresser spent about 2-21/2hours working on her hairWhen she was ready to leave, she was given the price again (verbally) by the employeeOn that particular day,our receptionist accidentally hit the wrong button in our point of sale(after having discussed out loud with the hairdresser the quote price)The client was very aware of how much the difference was, as this service is not new to her,and upon seeing the written amount chose not to say anythingOf course we caught This immediately after she left and the and called the client to collect the rest of the amount she owed the hairdresser. She let us know she would come in and pay the remaining amount, but then failed to come down to the salon and payI then contacted her again at payroll time(since the hairdressers work on commission, this would be a huge loss for the hairdresser) to remind her that she needed to pay the rest of her bill she was quoted forThis time her husband answered and told me in an unpleasant way, that I should drop this matter immediately if I wanted to keep my business I was confused by this statement b but I assured him that this is not how that works and and that they are still legally responsible for their billHe then ended the conversation on unpleasant termsI then received a letter from the Revdex.com stating that he had filed a complaint on me for trying to collect a bill. The person in question was un- truthful about having paid the same smaller amount of money for all of the previous services. This client has a history with us for paying the pre-quoted amount When they wrote this letter to the Revdex.com I am guessing that they failed to remember that they always pay with a check. These checks prove how much she pays on a regular basis for her hair services, and that upon seeing the lower amount she would have known this was not correct. Her last service before this one was on 10-26-, and the amount paid for color services and haircuts were165$ and that does not include the kids cut and brow wax for a grand total of 192$She the wrote us check #For 205.00( leaving 13$ change). So you see we have a check history that is easy to proveOn a personal note, I am saddened as a business owner that the Revdex.com is being used to report not a business wrongdoing, but a complaint that they have to PAY for those said services.all of my employees are hard working, and I am very proud of every single of of themSeeing a darkened side of our community right before Christmas time was unfortunate, but we will not let this dampen our spirits during this wonderful Holiday season Thankyou - Bella Luca

has received at our salon numerous times before. In our business, the hairdressers are responsible for pre-quoting the clients before the service starts(This is standard procedure at our salon)  The client was then quoted a price of 120$, which she agreed upon ,and the hairdresser spent about 2-21/2hours working on her hairWhen she was ready to leave, she was given the price again (verbally) by the employee. On that particular day,our receptionist accidentally hit the wrong button in our point of sale(after having discussed out loud with the hairdresser the quote price)The client was very aware of how much the difference was, as this service is not new to her,and upon seeing the written amount chose not to say anything. Of course we caught   This immediately after she left and the  and called the client to collect the rest of the amount she owed the hairdresser. She let us know she would come in and pay the remaining amount, but then failed to come down to the salon and pay. I then contacted her again at payroll time(since the hairdressers work on commission, this would be a huge loss for the hairdresser) to remind her that she needed to pay the rest of her bill she was quoted for. This time her husband answered and told me in an unpleasant way, that I should drop this matter immediately if I wanted to keep my business.  I was confused by this statement b but I assured him that  this is not how that works and and that they are still legally responsible for their bill. He then ended the conversation on unpleasant terms. I then received a letter from the Revdex.com stating that he had filed a complaint on me for trying to collect a bill. Her last service before this one was  on 10-26-2016 , and the amount paid for color services and haircuts were165$ and that does not include the kids cut and brow wax for a grand total of 192$.. She the wrote us check #1764. For 205.00( leaving 13$ change). So you see we have a check history that is easy to prove. On a personal note, I am saddened as a business owner that the Revdex.com is being used to report not a business wrongdoing, but a complaint that they have to PAY for those said services.all of my employees are hard working, and I am very proud of every single of of them. Seeing a darkened side of our  community right before Christmas time was unfortunate, but we will not let this dampen our spirits during this wonderful Holiday season.                Thankyou - Bella Luca
