Review: I was watching TV when an infomercial came on, it advertised a skin care product for$3.95 so I went to the website and entered my information, it automatically took me to another page for Lumisse Skin and their price was $4.95, by then I had already entered in my credit card information, I tried to get out of the whole thing it would not let me. I received the package's a couple weeks later, I never opened. I was waiting for my charge from [redacted]. I received my charge bill, not only did I get charged on the one product for 3.95 but another charge of $89.10, the same for the 4.95 charge I was charged $ 89.85. I called the both companies and I was told not only would this be my only charge I was set up for automatic withdrawals on a monthly basis from my credit card. I had to call [redacted] and cancel my card. [redacted] tried their best to have both companies let me send the products back and give me a refund, they would not budge. Needless to say [redacted] informed me that this was not the first call theyhad received on these companies that this is happening daily.. I feel that their advertising is very misleading to the public. I would appreciate if you could look into. I feel like I really got scamed. Thank yo.Desired Settlement: If at all possible I would like to get my money back which would be $ 187.85, i'm quite certain there are other individuals like me that got dooped and this needs to stop. Review: I bought a trial of [redacted] care product for shipping cost only $4.95. I received the product but was unable

to use it due to a heart condition. A few weeks later I received another package and I did not order anything

from them and they charged me $3.95 for shipping and $89.10 for product from which I was unaware. In the

ad their was no mention about any other shipments or payments to be made. I have talked to [redacted] in New

York and now the phone isn't there anymore. 1-877-212-0415. She was very rude and I said damn it to her

and she hung up on me. As I understand their have been at least 19 complaints in 3 years. Since they are

located in supposed 4 locations, I believe this is a scam.
