Bella Luna Day Spa

Review: The woman who owns this spa, [redacted], is a terrible business woman!!!! She is constantly scheduling appointments and canceling last minute AND making appointments and not being there for the appointment! I made 3 appointments - the 1st time, she canceled last minute (she called me and rescheduled the appointment and said she would give me a free 1 hour massage in addition to the oxygen facial I had originally been scheduled for, because she canceled on me last minute)- I rescheduled for the 2nd appointment, go to the spa and she wasn't even there. NOW...here's some background info.....she rents her spa above the PHOUNTAIN store in west islip, the girls who work in phountain said she does this all the time. they called her and put me on the phone with her. [redacted] said she would refund my groupon ($119.00) and still give me the services for free- I agreed to that and scheduled a 3rd appointment. 3rd time- I had an appointment today (6/**/13) for 12;00 with [redacted] for an oxygen facial. I went there and AGAIN she wasn't there! The girls in phountain called her and again they put me on the phone with her (the girls told me that another one of [redacted]'s clients came in today too and [redacted]s said she called her too and she didn't). [redacted] said she was moving her store to [redacted] and she called everyone to cancel their appts today. she said she called me today. She DID NOT call me!!!!!!!! She ended up hanging up on me! Since she hung up on me, I was never able to resolve the issue of the refund she promised me. In addition to all of this, when I tried to call to make these appointments, her mailbox was always full and I had to constantly to call. It was only by chance that she picks up (the number for her spa is her cell phone.) When I told her this was an issue, she told me that she gets so many calls, she doesn't even empty/delete her voicemails b/c she's so busy. That to me, isn't the way to run a business. She should make it easy for her customers to reach her.Desired Settlement: I would like the refund she promised me. $119.00
