Review: I purchased a groupon on June 11, 2013 for a service (massage). At that time I called to schedule this appointment and the answering machine indicating she was leaving the country and wouldn't be back until the end of July 2013. At the end of July I called to schedule an appointment which took her two weeks to get back with me and at that time we made an appointment. Two hours before that appointment her daughter called me to tell me she was unable to make the appointment and had to cancel. I never received a return call to reschedule that appointment. When I called a couple weeks later to schedule another appointment, it took another week for her to return my call. On 8/27/13 she returned my call and indicated at that time it would take two months to get an appointment. I was very frustrated and told her how disappointed at the lack of professionalism and how difficult it was for me to make an appointment 2 months in advance. She then hung up on me. Throughout this whole experience and dealing with her and her lack of professionalism, and most of all because of her line of business, just being nice!!! She is in the business of massage, which means a intimate situation which requires trust and a level of comfort. I only paid $27.00 for this Groupon, but would like to have my money returned and noted how terrible my experience has been with this business.Desired Settlement: I would like my $27.00 returned
