KImberly B[redacted] the owner of the studio, lost 3/4 of my daughters wedding photos. We had to take her to small claims court to get a lien placed on her to get our money back. To date she has not paid. We have no photos of my daughters wedding. Not a photo of my husband walking my daughter down the aisle. My daughter does not have a photo to show her future children. She would not give us the photos she had. What kind of a person (who claims to be a professional) does this?
I have never dealt with such an unprofessional vendor in my life.
