Review: I, [redacted] ID [redacted], placed an order to [redacted] for the amount of five hundred dollars(deposited the money on his Citibank account). Several month later I have not received the product or the money. [redacted] said he was going to refund me the full amount, but he has not come through; I do not know how to contact him since he has changed his phone number. I contacted Herbalife distributors customer service and requested [redacted] to call me, but he did not.Desired Settlement: Full amount refunded since I no longer want the products.

As I stated to you on the phone, that we are Independent Herbalife Distributors since September 1989 we never sponsored [redacted] we don't know who she is.

We also don't know [redacted] who alegelldly took money from [redacted] to buy Herbalife products.
