Bella Norte Apartments

As a former tenant, I can confirm this complex has an extreme bedbug infestationUpon moving in, I was immediatly attacked by bedbugs, their first response was to move me to a different apartment, I refused saying they were already in my belongings, after months of weekly treatments I was finally rid of them, only to have them return to my apartment after an adjacent unit was vacated a couple months laterThe management is horrible, maintenance is severely lacking, and they have no control over the illegal alien or drug users/pushers in the complexI still know people who live there that cannot afford to move as they are on a fixed income, that is how they suck you in and have you at their mercyDO NOT lease from this complex, you WILL regret it!!

This is by far the worse apartments I have every stayed at in my life The first month I lived here I had to deal with the mailman not delivering my mail because the complex wouldn't fill the mailboxes then once they where fixed I never received my mail because the numbers weren't right on the mail box so I got other peoples mail not my own So I had to go and get a po box from the post office so I could receive my mail My second week here I had a weird man come into my apartment to take pictures for there records the landlord/ owner is the rudest and [redacted] person I have every met she has no people skills what so ever and should not be allowed to work with people She didn't want to give me a reason for this guy taking pictures in my apartment Then comes the AC being turned off everyother weekend so when it's outside I had to go the whole weekend without any air and we never got notices that they where working on it they would just turn it off That also includes the water they just turn it off when ever they want and never put notices on doors and if they did give us notices it was two hours before it happened not like it stated in my lease The janitors here suck there's only off them for a what apartment complex I mean come on The office staff wouldn't know what a [redacted] lightbulb was even if you asked A couple weeks ago I waited that's right a hole week without any light in my kitchen because I couldnt get the stupid glass cover off to change my lightbulb and they where to short staffed to get me one I ended up breaking the glass just to changed my lightbulb and I went down to the office and threw the glass on the desk and made them take the money for my bulb out of my rent for that month The one girl there Alicia or something like that dosent know what the hell she is doing always rolling her eyes at me she's lucky I don't punch her in the face The office never opens on time and it always magically closes early without posting noticed and even though they have there hours posted on the door The cops are always here we have hobos living in the stairwells the laundry by me has been out for a month with means I have to walk to another complex across the say to wash my [redacted] clothes And when you try to ask questions no one there has an answer I should have read the online reviews before I moved into such a horrible place they say on there lease no aggressive breads of dogs and I've seen about or pitpulls here I had one jump on me and knock me to the ground because his owner didn't have him on a leash The patios here have mold all over them and they move when ever you stand on them and the wood is falling apart so I wouldn't stand on themThe trash bins always have trash just thrown all around them with old furniture sitting there for weeks We have grocery carts all over the place people keep trash and garbage all over there patios and it just sits there no ones gets fined or anything yet I get notices about my patio even though there is nothing on it I mean I literally took the one chair and plant I had out there and brought them inside and I would go down and there like you need to clean it off and I'm like there's nothing left to [redacted] clean off you mns Dont believe what the preview apartment looks like because it's nothing like the real things I was given one of the newest apartments they had no one had lived in it and the place was a mess the sinks all leaked the stove didn't work when I moved inand it was brand new yeah rightThe cabinet never stay closed one closest door is bigger then the other so they don't close right I can't wait to get out of here in November when my lease is up this place was the worst decision in my life and I always looks at the good in thingsAlso the bugs I'm a clean person and yet to have any bugs what so ever because if I did I would have been gone that day But I've seen people put all of there stuff includeding beds and sofas on there patios so there places could get sprayed for bedbugs and roaches Please stay far away from this place or you will regret it the price is any worth it I was told for a top studio and yet because it was new they charged me and now I pay so my rent has already gone up and I've been here for months like come on with the advertising don't even look at the website it's all lies walk around the property and you will see the true Bella north I would love to sue this place for wrongfull advertisement and to get the owner lady fired because she's horrible always yells at you when talking to you and snaps so I stopped talking to her even if she is the only on there all wait until someone else is there she is that rudeI'm glad I didn't pay a deposit on this place so I can just leave And make sure you keep track of all of the rent you payed and everything wrong I took pictures when I moved in of everything brokeAnd everything that has broken along the way so they can't charged me for ***I give you all Bella Norte Apartments and *** *** *** *** are a professional buisness that offers 100% customer service to our residents and clientsWe are here to assure that our residents are satisfied and live a comfortable living*** is very unhappy with all residents and staff that she interacts withI have provided pest control to her unit since the day that she notified us of her pest control issueThe pest control company has gone out of their way to get *** *** prepared and sprayed but she does not comply with all that is needs to be doneThere has been no damage done to *** ***, her unit or personal belongingsThere is no infestation and we take care of any pest control issue in an a professional and timely matter when the residents complies

I have lost about $2000.00 in damages and would like to sue for pain and suffering from the bites. they came to spray on march 11 and the person logan from crusher pest disrespected me in my own home. and he did not even spray everything.  the matterss from my neighbor was just covered wth bedbugs for like a year of infestation. they knew about it yet rented the apt next to it anyway with no warning.  i am at wits end.

Bella Norte Apartments does not have an infestation of any pest. [redacted] has been very uncooperative with the staff of Bella Norte Apartments. We maintain a clean environment for all of our residents. Pest Control is offered free to our residents and it is expressed at the time the lease...
