Mr [redacted] , did purchase eyewear from us, specifically progressives the [redacted] Individual 2, which is one of the top progressives on the market currentlyWe have a very high success rate with this lens, because it's design does offer all the things Mr [redacted] mentionedLess peripheral distortion, a wider corridor, and precision of wear measurements which take into account the way the frame sits on the patients face (vertex, wrap and panoscopic tilt)The original pair of glasses were completed on 1/12/and Mr[redacted] picked them up on 1/18/On 2/2/he returned dissatisfied, and mentioned the complaints that he did in his complaint to Revdex.comWhile there was no change in the prescription we did change the design of the lens based on his needsHis lens was changed from the [redacted] Individual 2, to the [redacted] Individual 2i, which is a different design with provides up to 25% larger intermediate zone and enhanced dynamicThis lens is specifically designed for patients who spend a great deal of time working at distances of 24-inches (e.gcomputer work) like Mr [redacted] doesThe glasses were sent back to the Eyemed Lab (his insurance requires us to send all jobs to the insurance owned lab) on 2/2/2018, and we received the completed remake on 2/13/Mr [redacted] picked up the glasses on 2/14/2018, one week ago, the technician who dispensed his glasses to him recalls him stating that these were much better than the first pairWe were left with the impression that the design change from the Individual to the Individual 2i, had been successfulWe have not heard from Mr [redacted] since 2/14/when he left our office pleased with the remakeWe wish he would have contacted us personally since he clearly feels as though the glasses are still not up to par [redacted] is a leading manufacture of the best progressives on the marketOur doctor wears the same design Mr[redacted] currently has in his own glassesThe retail cost is over $So we understand his frustrations that his needs have not been met, we have genuinely given him the best there is to offer, the same lenses that have worked for hundreds of our other patientsWe are not opposed to issuing a refund if he feels like there is no other remedy to be found
