Review: I hired [redacted] as a photographer to shoot for my son's newborn photo shoot. The newborn photo shoot took place on December 8th, 2013 at my home (when my son was 1 week old). Around January 16th, 2014 I selected the photos that I wanted to print and made into a collage from the shoot. I paid $492.00 *which included the photo shoot fee and the price of prints and a collage*After 01/16/2014- I didn't hear anything from [redacted]. I sent her many messages on Facebook. I also sent her text messages and left voicemails but she never returned any of my calls or replied to my messages. Several attempts were made to contact [redacted] during the months of February & March 2014.01/21/2014- message sent on Facebook asking [redacted] about the status of the prints.02/05/2014- message sent on Facebook asking her the status of the prints and when I will get the photos. 02/21/2014- message sent on Facebook asking [redacted] to call me back.03/03/2014- requested refund of my money.03/05/2014- requested call w/ the status of the refund.03/10/2014- requested call back.As a last resort, I sent a certified letter to [redacted] which was delivered to her on 03/27/2014 demanding my photos and a refund of my the money I paid. The letter stated that if I don't hear from her by 04/05/2014. I will take sue her and take any legal action necessary to obtain my photos and my refund.[redacted] sent me a message on Facebook on 04/01/2014 stating "Hi [redacted], So sorry for the delay. You will have your pictures delivered to your home by April 11, 2014.Till today, I have not received the pictures.Desired Settlement: I would like [redacted] to refund me the full amount I paid ($492.75) for the photos along with my son's pictures w/ copyrights released. My son was born on 12/01/2014 and he is going to be 5 months; yet I have not received his newborn photos.
