Revdex.com spoke to Regina, owner, at business and the following was relayed: The customer was given a desert at no charge that night and she was charged the full price and after the charge wrote a -$in the tip spaceThe customer was very difficult, acted impaired, and made a scene that nightThere will be no refund

Received call from David (manager) states that the consumer was inebriated when she came in to restaurant and she had drinks while she was there She never had a problem until she ate most of her meal, then all of a sudden she became very irate, stating she had hair in her food, which she
never produced the hair She then walked out of restaurant without paying bill The employee went out to let her know that she could not just leave without paying her bill, we weren't nasty to her and never called police, which all of this is on cameraConsumer came back in and paid bill, However, her bill was $and she deducted $and paid only $ We don't feel that the consumer should receive a refund

These people are unbelievable. I was not impaired, nor did I make a scene. My friend was given a dessert because it was her birthday, and thank god for that since the rest of the food was inedible. I am prepared to take them to court for slander.
