On Friday November 8,2013 my business received a menu from Bella Roma and it stated We Deliver but didn't say to where, so I called them and asked where they deliver and the girl,who was very rude, told me to Palmer,Ware and Three Rivers. I returned from a business trip on Monday November 11,2013 and called to have a delivery made to my house in Three Rivers.The girl took the info on where I lived and the order and said it would be delivered in 45 mins. after about 45 mins-an hr, they called for directions and I gave them directions and he was in Palmer which is just a few mins from me. After a few mins, they called me and got directions again.After that, I received a call from the girl at Bella Roma, who took the order, and was told they don't deliver to Three Rivers, but would deliver this time. After that call, a few mins later the owner called and asked me if I could come get my food because they had 8 orders for the town of Ware. I told him it had already been over an hour and that I had been on road all day and this is why I ordered a delivery and told him the whole background story and he was still adament that I pick up my now cold order and I refused. When I called back to get his name, he hung up on me. I called back again and was told to do whatever I had to do. This is not good business from a new place of business and I feel he could've offered something for the HUGE inconvenience.Just a side note, I had to order from another place, [redacted] which is in [redacted] and they only took 20 mins. to deliver.Desired SettlementI am not looking for monetary restitution, just some justice for being treated so badly and the business reprimanded for bad business practices.

Placed order at 6:30PM. It is now 9:20PM and we are still waiting.On 8/27 @ 6:30PM I placed an order for delivery and was told 50 min (which would make it around 7:20). At 7:45PM I called to inquire about our delivery. I was informed that they were very busy and that our order was still at the restaurant. I was then told it would be delivered in 15-20 min (8:00-8:05). At 8:20PM I tried calling once again. Nobody answered. I tried periodically for 40 minutes, with no answer. At 9PM they finally answered and the "manager" came on the phone. While he did apologize, I would say he was rude - especially to a customer who had placed their order an hour and a half prior and was still waiting. He told me he would give me $15 (just under 50% of my total)off (but only after I asked him what he was going to do to make this right) which I replied that I would like it for free given the circumstances and he barked at me that I would have to pick it up for it to be free. This was not possible as I had already put my kids to bed (with hot dogs for dinner instead of the pizza they wanted). I had no choice but to take the "discount" and he assured me it would be there in 15-20 min. I asked him how long our order had been sitting there and he told me it had just come out of the oven.When our food FINALLY arrived at 9:30PM, I asked the driver who the owner was - it was the man I had already spoken to. The driver also informed me that he was not even the delivery guy, he was one of the cooks who took it upon himself to bring us the order since we had waited so long. He also told me when I asked him how long our food had been sitting there that it had been at least 30 minutes - and we live at least 20 min from the pizza shop so needless to say our food was cold and not appetizing at all. He also told me that the owner was advised weeks ago to hire more help since it was going to start getting busy again. I had wanted to go straight to the owner with my complaint, but after finding out it was the guy I had already spoken to I knew I would not get any further. While I understand they were busy, and the owner was probably frustrated, there were many other ways this situation could have been handled - beginning with calling customers and letting them know how backed up they were so they had the option of canceling their order or picking it up (which I may have done if I was told earlier).Seeing I paid with my debit card, I will need to wait a few days to see if he issued me the refund he claims he was going to do.Desired SettlementI would like the remainder of what I was charged for the food that I didn't even eat given its condition when it finally arrived. The remaining amount is 17.00 (I don't recall the change amount)
