My experience with Bella Rosa Bridal was disappointing I purchased a Mother of the Bride dress in January for a June wedding
I was told to expect that the dress would be in April Plenty of time for alterations April arrived and no dress I was told the dress would be in early May Early May came and went with no dress and no explanation Each time I called Bella Rosa to politely inquire about the status of my order, I was put off - told they would check and return my call The store never returned any call until I sent an email complaint to the owner The following day the owner calls and informs me the dress is in with no apology or any acknowledgement of any problem
By the time I picked up the dress ordered in January it was the end of May - four weeks before my daughter's wedding
Needless to say, I was so upset about Bella Rosa's poor customer service that I ended up purchasing another dress
I feel very strongly about supporting local businesses, but was treated so poorly, that I cannot recommend this establishment
