Never received product was was charged anyway.
Responded to ad on facebook. Free trail size of eye rejuvenation and face moisturizer. Paid the shipping fee of $14.00 on 7/17. I did not get the product and actually forgot about it until my bank account showed two charges this month. One for $89.97 and another for $84.49. The ad either did not mention any other charges, or hid them so as not to be seen. I tracked it back to them and notified my financial institution that it was a fraudulent charges. My card was closed. I now have a hardship because I do not have normal access to my funds until I get a new card mailed to me. I called the company and they were very unhelpful. The rep told me that I received an email about my shipping, which I did not. I asked for the their physical address so I could make this complaint, all I was told is that they were in East Florida. My bank statement shows Antioch, Ca. I informed him that I wanted my funds returned and that I was contacting your office and filing a complaint.

Desired Outcome

I want my refund for the $1754.47

Customer Response • Aug 21, 2019

I'm sorry the refund amount should have been $174.46

free sample $4.97 charged for shipping.
2 weeks later different product received, charged $89.97. Called and cancelled. Billing continues $94.94
Ordered Bella Rose Rx Ageless Moisturizer online and paid $4.97 for shipping. Two weeks later received Luxe Rose Rx ageless eye revitalizer. Charged 89.97. Did not order. Called company and cancelled. Company representative told me I did order it as it was in the fine print with agreement. No credit applied to account. Now new charge of $94.94 on account. Called company and was told there is no record of my account and since I do not have an account number there is nothing they can do and they hung up.

Desired Outcome

I would like my account rectified and no further charges placed against my account.

Dear ***,

Thank you for contacting us and sharing your concern we want you to be satisfied with the product and your experience.

According to our records, we received your order on December 18, 2017. The order was placed for a 14-day trial on January 01, 2018 you were billed for the end of trial charge stated on the ordering site and terms.

The terms of the offer that you agreed to at the time of your order clearly state that you were to have a 14 day trial period starting from the date that the order was placed, in which you could cancel your account to avoid further charges.

We understand there may be some confusion on the order that the customer placed and how it worked. As a courtesy you were refunded for the amounts of $84.49 Trans-ID: XXXXXXXXXX & $89.97 Trans-ID: XXXXXXXXXX on January 07, 2018.

Your account was immediately cancelled on January 07, 2018, you have not received any shipments or charges since then.

In the complaint you referenced a charge of $94.94. This charge did not occur from this account. The price point does not correlate with the products sold from this company. The last transaction that occurred was for a total of $84.49 on January 03, 2018, which has already been refunded as of January 07, 2018.

I hope this response provided you with the additional information required to resolve the issue. Thank you!

I signed up for so called free cream. Told had 10 days to call back. I called back before 10 days to cancel any future product. A seemingly nice rep encouraged me to give it more time. She offered another jar for $48.ish dollars. I said "yes" but do not send any more until I see if product good.I am 81 years old and forgot about the purchase avi t was December. I checked my January credit card and discovered a charge for $89.99. I then checked my December statement and I had anther $89.99 charge. I called and complained. They said they wouldn't send anymore. However it was clearly described that I had not properly cancealed.I have called back several times . They now deny that I made the December call.I have no proof. I have not used the two jars, I offered to pay for postage and send the one jar back for a $89.99 refund. They refuse.I keep asking to talk to someone higher. I was informed tonight that he would send it to the top arbitration. If they decide then I would hear from them with 48 hours otherwise basically "case closed". they are dishonest.

Dear ***
I am sorry for any inconvenience or confusion when it comes to the trial that was signed up for. We want you to be able to try the product and see the results our customers are seeing.

According to our records the first contact we had requesting the cancellation of your account was on July 6, 2018 when you cancelled with a representative. Your account was immediately cancelled and you have not received any shipments or charges since then.

The previous representative provided you with a 50% refund on your most recent charge. You were refunded $44.99 on April 18, 2018. The manual refund was issued in the form of an eCheck, which has been issued to the email address on file, ***@yahoo.com in the amount of $44.99. Please allow up to 3 business days to process. Check Number #VV085

As a courtesy today we have provided you with an additional refund for the remaining amount. An E-check was issued to the email previously stated for the amount of $44.98. Check # VV087.

Your account remains canceled and you will not receive any further shipments or charges. I hope this resolves your concern today and I hope you have a good day!

In Nov, 2017 ordered free trial of beauty product on line for shipping charges only and have incurred recurring charges of $84.49 and $89.97 monthly.
I ordered free sample trial o Bella Rose Ageless Beauty product on line and paid for shipping with a credit card. The only e-mail confirmation received was that they were shipping two products. There was never a receipt as to what the charges were but they kept sending products that were never used or opened for four months. My husband discovered the charges toward the end of February. The credit charges on the online credit card site were for NRJ AGELESS BEAUTYPLAN $$84.97 and Beauty Skin Care $89.97. I would never agree to such a plan and I think that this is a deliberate act of defrauding a consumer . My husband has filed a dispute with the credit card company and we are waiting for resolution. Others have had almost identical complaints posted on the Revdex.com web site.

Desired Outcome

info only unable to contact company online

Dear ***,

We recently received your complaint #XXXXXXXX from the Revdex.com regarding your account. We take complaints very seriously and we hope this response will provide you with additional information. According to our records, we received your order on November 14, 2017.

The terms of the offer that you agreed to at the time of your order clearly state that you were to have a 14-day trial period starting from the date of your order processing in which you could cancel your account to avoid further charges. They also indicate that "you must take affirmative action to avoid further charges or you will be charged in the amount of $89.97 and $84.49 fourteen days from the date of your order processing for the product."

These terms were presented to you in multiple places on our website when you ordered our product. Additionally, you were sent an order confirmation email after your order was completed that provided a full written version of the terms you agreed to.

When you ordered the product you also clicked a button indicating that you agreed to the terms of the offer. When a customer clicks that button, we must assume that they have actually read what they are agreeing to. If there was any confusion with the terms you could have called our customer service team and they would have been happy to assist you.

Since we did not hear from you during your trial period, you were charged the full cost for the initial products you received. If you do not cancel with in the trial period, you are placed into a recurring subscription and is sent out a new shipment every 30-days and billed the full price for those products.

According to our records this complaint received today 03/07/2018 is the first contact we had requesting the cancellation of your account. Your account has been cancelled, and you will not receive any shipments or charges going forward.

As a courtesy today, we were able to issue one refund of $89.97 Transaction-ID: XXXXXXXXX and can take 3-5 days to reflect back into your account.

It appears you have contacted your credit card company and initiated a chargeback for the remaining charges. Because of the chargeback, we cannot issue you a credit at this time because you would then end up getting a credit twice for those purchases.

Sincerely,

Bella Rose

I was told after talking with the customer service Dept that my order can be returned for a full credit. I still haven't received my credit after several months. This product was advertised as being used by several stars. I now don't believe anything the company says or does it all seems to be false.

This is a scam, On Oct. 19, 2017 charged $89.97, cancelled Nov 6, 2017 then on Nov. 24,received refund, on Nov. 17 charged another $89.97.
I was tricked into buying this awful product, it was promoted as Kathie L's product, u were able to purchase a trial size, I purchased in Oct.3 for a trial $4. 89, then on Oct 19, 2017 found a $89.97 charge on my credit card, I immediately called the company and told them this was a scam promoted by Kathie L, and wanted my money back, I was told no, I explained that I would report to Revdex.com they said I would get refund which they did on Nov.. 24, 2017, then noticed another charge on Nov. 17 2017, it looked as if I received my refund, I called my credit card and asked them to put a block on this company. They will charge your credit card every month. I
saw a different ad promoting Marie O, beauty cream. I wanted the public to be aware of this scam

wanted to make the public aware of this scam, the product did nothing for my skin.

Desired Outcome

I put a block on my credit card towards this company and cancelled a subscription that I was unaware of. I thought it was a trial offer which I paid $4.89, I would like my refund of $89.97.

(The consumer indicated he/she ACCEPTED the response from the business.)

If I could give it less than one star, I would. Just like the other reviews, my chief complaint is about the website and company. I pride myself on being able to distinguish from shady websites and scams, but I missed the mark this time. I can only imagine how much they take advantage of the elderly or those who are not at all tech savvy. I did sign up for the free trial, but I was unaware it was a subscription service that I was agreeing to. I never received a receipt with order details from the website. I only received a shipping conformations after I signed up for the free trial, so there was no way for me to review my charges. Suddenly I had a charge of $84.99 on my bank statement with a description that just said "skin care". After speaking with my bank, they informed me that there was another charge about to go through from the same company. I did not have a contact number for the Bella Rose company, but the bank was able to contact them for me and get me a partial refund. I'm still out almost $100 for what I thought was a sample product that, TRUTHFULLY, I don't like. I thought I was going to try it, love it, and buy it as a gift. I tried it and didn't like it at all so I had no intention of buying the product in the future. Little did I know, I had already signed my soul to the devil. Horrible company. Beware

Deceptive business. Advertise a trial purchase and then bill you for it and make it a recurring purchase.
Original purchase date 11/25, advertising it was a trial and only pay postage then billed my checking account for $84.49. Followed by another recurring charge for $89.97. Company claimed I did not cancel in their time frame which was not posted on original advertisement.

Desired Outcome

I want my money back. I will send back unused trial items when my checking account is refunded.

Refund not issued as promised.
I did order both the eye cram and skin cream, as trials to try. I did not like to products and contacting the company on November 16th. The agent I spoke with finally agreed to let me return the products and told me I would receive a full refund. I returned what was left of the products, as both my daughter and I had used them, and still have not received my refund. I call today, to ask about my refund and they informed me that they would not issue a refund because the bottles were not full...they said they were empty. (They claim to send a 30 supply...If the 30 day supply is utilized by two people, there isn't going to be much left in the containers after a 2 week trial.) I'm just wanting my refund, as promised by the first agent I spoke with on the 16th of November promised.

Desired Outcome

I would like a refund of $169.93 for the charges for the two products. I paid the shipping cost to return the products as requested.

Dear ***,

We would be more than happy to assist you, but we are unable to locate an account with the information you provided. Can you please reply with the full name, email- address, phone number used to place the order, and/or that order# located in the order confirmation email.

Please respond with the above information so we may further assist you.

Thank you.

My review is the exact same as all of the negative reviews...same details....same fradulant company and website *** does not even come up. Called and in no uncertain details told them about additional fraud charges made to my card. I only agreed to pay $4.89 for shipping to try cream out...never signed any terms and conditions that would sign me up automatically for 14 days......have called my bank and they have refunded my 89. dollars; but I had to order a new card so the bogus BellaRose whatever Florida company could not charge me again. Ugh...I have learned my lesson...I ordered it because they named Kathie Lee Gifford was the owner of company.....how dumb of me...ALWAYS google search everything before you order!!! and go to the Revdex.com as well!

I was promised a refund which I have yet to receive, though I have followed all steps and returned their products as required.
I made the mistake of answering an online offer of eye and skin cream with this company for which I was thinking I was only paying a one time shipping fee. After 3 months and hours of phone calls to their "customer service team", I finally managed to get someone to agree to let me return 2 of the 4 products that were sent to me and charged to my bank account. I returned the 2 products with all the specifications, RMA numbers and paid for by me. They received my product at the address they provided. I received an email confirming that I'd receive a refund for one item for $89.29, with no mention of the other item for a refund of $84.49, though both items were returned and received by them. I have received no refund. I have made frequent phone calls to this company. I have been told I would receive my refund in "7-10 days" at least 3 times, after calling them after each 7-10 days had passed. I have been told they would issue me a check for the refund, due to a "glitch" in their system making them unable to credit my bank account with my refund, which was my original form of payment. I have so far received no check and no credit to my account. I believe their tactics are to just make people give up and let them keep your money since they come up with a new story every time I call, though the stalling is the same with everyone I talk to. They are skilled in their evasive maneuvers.
No where did I ever see the "terms of agreement" which they say I agreed to when I ordered what I thought was a free sample of their product (only pay shipping). So far I have spent hours on the phone trying to negotiate a return of my money which they have deceitfully obtained. I have returned their product and still they have not refunded my money.
By the way, their product is worthless. It made my skin red and raw.

Desired Outcome

I want my promised refund of $173.56 credited to my account that they managed to debit for their worthless product, not a bogus physical check, which may be worthless as well. I want a refund of the other $173.56 for the original 2 products they mailed me for which I thought I was only paying shipping. I want the world to know what a deceitful company this is and hope that nobody else ever falls for their "free trial" offer. I am now out $347.56 of my hard-earned money for something I never intended to order. If they continue in business, their "terms of agreement" should be easier to find, as well as their address and phone numbers. I obtained the phone number by using a magnifying glass to look at the product label. I had to beg them for a return site address in order to get a refund by returning their product (still no refund) I still cannot see anywhere that states these terms.

Customer Response

(The consumer indicated he/she DID NOT accept the response from the business.)
After waiting weeks for their promised refund of the product I returned, I did finally receive a check in the amount of $173.56. The envelope containing the check was hand-written The refund check was very suspicious looking because it was also hand-written with a low check number. I took it to my bank and they also wondered whether the check would go through or not, so they held it for 7 days to see if it would process. Finally, the check for refund did clear and was deposited into my account.
The Bella Rose "response letter" to my Revdex.com complaint was deceitful. You cannot see "terms of agreement" anywhere. No, nothing is "clearly" stated. They also failed to mention that only when I mentioned filing a complaint did they begin to offer a refund, which at first was "Oh, maam, we are prepared to offer you a 30% discount". NOOOOO!!!! It was a fight to get them to agree to the refund, so much so that I get livid just reading their response to my complaint. I made multiple phone calls just to try to get the return address to send their product back to them. Hours and hours on the phone were spent.
Here is my response to the Revdex.com: Thank you Revdex.com for your intervention! I wish I had contacted you sooner!!!!
My response to Bella Rose: I am appalled at your business practices! No, your "terms of agreement" are not clearly stated or even find-able. You have trained your "customer service" reps well: they all say the same deceitful Speil...and are well-trained in the art of delay, delay, delay. I do not understand how anyone would want to work for this company and constantly lie to people over and over and over again.
To anyone involved accidentally with this company: Keep calling them over and over and over. Don't back down. Keep a log of your calls and who you talked to. File a complaint with the Revdex.com ASAP!
