They charge your account without authorization for re occurring purchases. I never authorized that. When you try to reach someone there are no Phone #
Starting in August they have been taking Money from my account without authorization. I never signed up for this product and just started getting it in the mail. When I tried to find the return sender there was no Phone and no address included. I am not sure how they got a hold of my gap credit card as I never use it. I have put up a stop payment and reported it as fraud.

Desired Outcome

I want all my money refunded and I do not want anymore of these packages showing up at my house. I have 2 boxes to send back. I want this resolved immediately.

I have been receiving their product even though I never ordered it. I ordered the free sample only.
They need to clearly indicate an ongoing subscription starts if you do not return the product and their ads should say that too. Not to mention that each invoice should have contact information for the company. This is a huge scam for unwary people.

Desired Outcome

I want them to stop sending me the product and stop the billing. I called the business and they could not find my account to stop sending me the product.

After reviewing Ms. complaint we want to apologize for any confusion. The package you received is a full thirty day supply, we do not offer sample sizes. We sent you a full size bottle and allow you to try it for the 14 day trial period to see if you like it, for just the cost of shipping and handling. If you like the product after your trial, you are billed for the actual cost of the product and enrolled in a monthly subscription. The reason we send you a full 30 day supply to try is because of the overwhelming response and feedback from customers who love the product, and want to continue seeing their results. Our records indicate Ms. called in on 6/30, canceled her account and never requested a refund. Customer satisfaction is very important to us so we have decided to refund Ms. for the two charges. However a system error occurred resulting in a check to be sent for the amount of $84.94 as well as a refund issued back to the account in which Ms. had previously paid with. Also, Ms. account with us is inactive; therefore, she will not receive any further shipments. We hope she is satisfied with the credits she received and we apologize for any confusion this may have caused.

Unauthorized charges.
Called 12/5/17 8:41 am XXX-XXX-XXXX a phone number I found on the internet. And was advised I reached the wrong number and to look at the bottle I had and the correct number would be on the bottle and sure enough a phone number was on the bottle.

Called 12/5/17 8:45am XXX-XXX-XXXX Spoke to a male on the phone who advised me that I would get a partial refund and too my information to verify person. Name, zip code and last 4 digits of card. I was told I would receive and email confirmation of the credit.
First he tried to get me to accept a discount to keep the product. I refused, I simply wanted a refund. It was agreed I would receive one and I was advised that I would receive and email. I did receive two emails but all they said was that my information had been updated.
But He was still refusing to give me a full credit.

Called on 12/6/17 3:58pm XXX-XXX-XXXX $86.41 #35 Male Advised him of unauthorized charge and my desire for a refund. He tried to get me to keep the product and take a discount. I refused. He refused to listen to the desire for a refund and that even by his statement that I had to have called within 14 days to cancel was actually done and that was never recorded in their computer and that because I didn't call within that time that I get charged. The product didn't arrive until the Monday after Thanksgiving and at the time I didn't want.

I don't remember the entire conversation with this male but he was unprofessional and didn't even answer the service call professionally. I was getting nowhere with him so asked to speak to his supervisor and he told me she will tell you the same thing. And sure enough she refused to hear the facts of the matter and her response was to hang-up the phone. Supervisor's name was Lisa and her ID was 112. She was very unprofessional and answered the phone with a mouth full of food and proceed to speak to me while she continued to eat.

Called on 12/6/17 4:04pm XXX-XXX-XXXX and an answering machine message to leave a message. So, I did.

Called 12/6/17 4:06 pm XXX-XXX-XXXX Spoke to Andrea who refused to allow me to speak to a supervisor. She wanted me to agree to receive a partial refund but for the partial refund for the product if I returned it. She did say she canceled both items but that there was nothing in the computer indicating that I had ever called before. The cancellation number provided was CXXXXXXX. She also stated that I would not receive the refund until I returned the product. Address: PO Box 23736 St. Petersburg, FL 33742 RTA#XXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXX and that I was to write on the package Excel Clean Body and that I was to return both products and that they were both canceled with the cancelation she just did.

The website did not state that it was going to automatically sign me up for anything. I spent a long time looking and clicking to see if there was any hidden links.

Desired Outcome

I'd love to see you put them out of business. They refuse to conduct themselves with good business practices. And it is just a scam to get people's money.

After searching our database with the information provided, it appears Ms. is not one of our customers. We offer skin care products and the product Ms. claimed she ordered "Excel Clean Body" is a dietary supplement. At this time, we would recommend Ms. to contact her financial institution to locate the correct company she did business with. At this time, there is no further action for us to take. We apologize for the misunderstanding and we hope Ms. finds a quick resolution to her issue.

A refund of the full amount of 89.03 and 84.00 instead of only half of the 89.00 and the refusal of the 84.00
I along with a lot of people ordered the free sample and was charged for 2 shipping charges. I received the product and to me it didn't look like a sample because it looked full sized but I went with it. When I saw the two charges on my account a couple of weeks later, I called my bank and we called the company together. I returned the product and now they tell me they will only refund half of the 89.00 charge but can't refund the 84.00 charge. This company is a scam

We do not offer sample sizes and for this reason we allow our customers to try our full 30 day supply of product at only the cost of shipping and handling for a limited time of 14 days. Once your trial period expires, you are billed the retail price of the product. We have refunded Ms. account for the amount of $89.03. Please allow 3-5 business days for the refund to process on to her bank account. We encountered an electronic error while attempting to process the other charge for $84.94. This refund will arrive to Ms. in the form of a check within 7-10 business days. In addition, we would like to confirm that her account with us was cancelled; therefore, she will not receive any further shipments. We hope she is satisfied with our business and we would like to apologize for any inconveniences this may have caused.

I totally agree that they need to CLEARLY indicate an ongoing subscription starts if you do not return the product and their TV ads should say that too. Not to mention that each invoice should have contact information for the company.

They drafted $90.00 payments every month without my authorization. It took me two months to realize they were looting my account and had to cancel my debit card to stop them from pulling out monthly payments every month. This is a huge SCAM for unwary people.

Order sample; read fine print; no trial; Paid shipping & handling; received sampl before I used it was charged twice of $89. Phone # not answering
Ordered 9/25; received week later in mail; less than a week after that was charged twice the amount of $89. The phone numbers associated with this product are non-working.

Desired Outcome

I want a full refund. This is the same product I had ordered from a different company; doesn't do anything except break out my skin

False advertisement
When I placed the order, there weren't any disclaimers that I would be enrolled in a membership to allow future charges to my account. I checked my bank account today and see that a charge for $89.03 went against my account on Oct. 10th from Parish Face Cream; which has to be a result of the free-trial offer from Bella Serata. Several attempts to contact them at the 10 phone numbers have been unsuccessful; 1 provided by my bank (which is disconnected), 1 provided in the email confirmation of shipment for Customer Service and 8 provided on the Revdex.com website. I have emailed two separate accounts to cancel the membership and to stop all charges to my account: [email protected] and [email protected].

Desired Outcome

I would like the Oct. 10th charge of $89.03 refunded.
