Bella T, Inc. did an excellent job renovating a property that I owned which had a tenant with a major hoarding problem. Several dumpsters had to be loaded in order to repair structural damage on the property. The building is old and needed to be gutted for remodeling. The workers were very efficient and professional with the job and quite understanding with my strange circumstances.

We had Bella T inspect the 1865 construction home we rent following a roof leak into our 2nd floor attic, followed by strong mildew odor and unresponsive property management company - they discovered extensive mold damage in the attic; however, the inspector could not get to the source, as there numerous electrical lines scattered on the insulation and he was concerned about his personal safety (I am too!) and discovered more mold near a breaker box in our basement. Bella T have been very courteous, knowledgeable and patient while we go through layers of landlord/insurance bureaucracy. Will definitely recommend them as our preferred provider in the event we secure insurance authorization to proceed with containment, removal of mold/bacteria from permanent structures and replacement of contaminated materials.

My bf and I were having issues with mold in our apartment that our building manager refused to help us with. We turned to Bella Mold and they have been such a huge help through this mess! They have educated us on not only the facts behind the mold, but also with how to deal with the building manager through this. They have helped us in trying to get the building to take the water leakage seriously, and seem to truly want to help us get out of a bad situation rather then just giving us the basic rundown in mold and it's workings (which we would have also been grateful for!) These guys go far beyond the call of duty and are absolutely amazing for that. Thanks for helping us through this, guys!
