Hi Everyone,

I am back with another update and hopefully, a final one. In my last update, I mentioned that Kevin Wynn told me that Monday (9-19-2016) would be the day the inventory syncing issues would be corrected. It is now 9-30-2016. So far, I haven't had much issues with inventory not syncing up until today. I noticed that the last time my inventory synced, it was five days ago (9-25-2016) and there was an error. While logged into the Bella Vi (Collective Fab) app, I noticed there was a live chat button so I clicked on it to chat with CS. It was Emily! In a nutshell, she informed me that they were still working out small kinks with the app but overall, the inventory app is working. They were still testing the manual update button which is a blue button that is supposed to appear in Integration page but is not available to clients yet. She went ahead and manually updated my stock. If anyone needs to contact CS, I suggest logging into your app.collective.com account, and click on the chat button at the bottom right.

In my last update, I also mentioned that another one of my customers' order was taking a long time to ship. The very next day after I posted that review, I received a notification email that my customer's order shipped. That day was the fifth day from the day I placed the order for my customer. So right now, it's taking an average of five days for Bella Vi (Collective Fab) to ship orders. Before, it used to take them about two to three days to ship products. I personally ordered an item just to see how long it would take to ship and they shipped my order two days after I placed it. This was before shipping was taking up to five days to process.

Overall, I think the changes that they are making are genuinely to make the company better and more efficient. It was unfortunate that I had to refund my customer's orders because of the changes with the inventory sync but it wouldn't be fair if I knocked too hard against them for having to refund one order. I still think that they could have done better to keep everyone informed of all the changes and I still think that customer service needs to be improved upon. Doesn't matter what you're selling, customer service is everything. Being someone who used to work in customer service, it is a really important aspect of a business. So, I'm giving three stars. While I'm satisfied, I still have yet to see more improvements. I do hope that Bella Vi (Collective Fab) does get better because I think they are unique in what they offer and their products are good quality.
