UPDATE!!!!

After a long process, the app is working and updating inventory every 4 hours as scheduled. We are excited to be up and running after a long process, which included a few bumps a long the way, but the team at CollectiveFab listened to my concerns and corrected the issues. As we know, a transition is not always easy but in the end it works out! Try the app, the products are awesome!
Regarding the website, the CollectiveFab Team has updated my website (the entire design) and kept to their promise of updating inventory by syncing the app (which works great). I am happy with the end result and I look forward to being apart of this team!

My experience with this company has been extremely stressful. I purchased a Turnkey Website in August of 2016. What appeared to be a great investment, quickly turned into a disaster. I had to cancel customer orders, refund payments, received false tracking numbers regarding shipment and temporarily close my store on all shopping platforms and social media outlets.
The so-called customer service consists of one person (not the many that were listed as contacts). I have made every (professional) attempt to get a resolve to the matter, only to receive another lap around the race track.
This company has provided false promises to me as an investor (and others as I read the reviews) and honest business person. Every opportunity has been given to this team to right the wrongs and no resolve has been reached or attempted on their part.
My next step is to seek a full refund (including damages) if I do not receive a solid resolution from this company. Please, proceed at your own risk if you are considering a turnkey website. Do your research first, and you will avoid your brand from a very embarrassing and negative exposure.
My advice to Bella Vi/CollectiveFab: Right your wrongs with these merchants because you are only damaging your brand.
