I'm reading through the complaints and empathize with everyone in this forum as I paid for the turnkey site and dropshipping program. At the start it was very rocky, the site was partially completed after the promise date, the instructions received were in bits and pieces, I had to keep contacting them to get everything I needed to operate my business and to ensure that the inventory update process they promised was set-up. Basically, they simply built the site, but all the processes required to operate it was on my. They sent me word documents with instructions on how to link this thing or that thing to make what they promised work. However, I stayed on them day and night, often waiting up at night to when I knew they were working just to communicate (makes me think they're actually not in the US). Finally, I had everything set-up and was starting to conduct business via the site they built me; but low and behold, orders I placed with them were out of stock. I contacted them and asked why their inventory was inaccurate and that I have to refund my customers and they were ruining my reputation. That's when they informed me of their inventory app (or shall I say, gave me access to their inventory app). I kept communicating and basically listed out point by point the problems I was having. They put the Supervisor Leon on my case and I listed out my grievances with him as well; low stock, super slow shipping; awful communication, poor customer service. He assured me these would be corrected as they fixed their customer service department. He acted as if I insulted him by telling me they are a business and my response was they should act like one. The lack of care and concern from them, their short demeanor, and their business practices made me feel again that I was dealing with a company physically located outside the US but virtually set-up in the US.

Finally, after a few months of the back and forth and basically writing reviews on other sites (they were removed from being able to conduct business) that impacted them economically, they got serious with me, completed what they promised, started communicating much faster and better (often times I go through the chat on their site for immediate response and confirmation), dedicated a customer service person to me specifically, and actually started shipping orders out in a timely manner. So, as mentioned, it was a rocky start and there are still areas of improvement, especially with the inventory updates and time it takes to ship, but we are finally on the same page and I see light at the end of the tunnel. This month alone I've had $546 in sales thus far. And another thing I did that is starting to work pretty well was to join other vendor programs that offer dropshipping, bulk loading the products to my site, and diversifying my product line to offer the same as what they offer and also more than what they offer. This is allowing me to build my reputation based on those vendors that are serious about business; that ship in 2 days, provide customer service, etc. I feel like if anything goes awry with this company in the future, I'll at least have a back-up plan and my business can continue. I wish everyone here the best of luck and hope your issues get resolved with this company. All I can say is to be persistent with them. Contact them on chat, email, fb, and instagram. Check out places where they are financially impacted and contact them through those channels. They do not want to be shut down and seem to respond at that a bit better. In closing, I can say that this company and my business are finally in a compatible place.

Review: I joined a dropshipping subscription service on Nov. 20th, 2014, that offered online woman's clothing and promised customers access to their online portal to view inventory that customers could potentially sell on our own websites. The service promised to give full access to their website and we would be able to download the clothing of our choice to place on our website to sell to the general public. If you did not subscribe to this service you would still be able to see some of the inventory (30 products per category, which was referred to as "Trial Mode", however if you subscribed and paid $60 for six months access, you would be able to view thousands of products that you could download and sell them online, which I opted to do, however was never granted access to the full site.

I contacted this company on several occasions to ask that this be corrected and to ultimately be granted access to the entire inventory that I paid for, however I never received a response until I finally spoke to 2 separate people who promised that they would correct this, which never happened.

After having no luck in having this corrected, I eventually requested that I receive a refund and to cancel my subscription on an ongoing basis, to avoid them taking more money from me within the next 6 months however despite many efforts to receive a response I was ignored yet again.

I was surprised when I checked my AMEX statement in May and again in November to see that I received yet another $60 USD charge from them yet again for a service that was never delivered based on the terms of service and my countless requests to cancel this service. Desired Settlement: I would like to be refunded a total of $180 USD, ($60 USD in Nov. 2014, May 2015 and Nov. 2015 through Paypal automatically) as they did not fulfill the service that they were claiming to offer me. I eventually had to contact [redacted] to ask them to stop payment to them as they were not delivering the service promised.

Review: Bella Vi is a SCAM! I signed up for their services in June 2014, paying a monthly service fee of $19 to use their services. EACH time I tried to order something they were out of stock and did not get back to me, (even though I PAID for the item) regarding the Out of Stock unless I contacted them, which was not an easy task. They have not updated the CSV files for downloading SKUs since October which makes it impossible to run my business. The sole reason they charge a monthly $19 fee is to have access to the CSV inventory files. After several issues, and NO responses for 6 weeks, I wrote an email stating I wanted my money back and that I was going to contact Revdex.com and my bank. I then got a response stating that I was going to get a refund and my fees would be waived for 12 months. Well, I continued to get charged. Getting anyone on the phone with the company is impossible. And responses via email are erroneous and full of empty promises.Desired Settlement: I want a credit to my card that was charged for all unrefunded months of service. The total would be $57

Review: In June I paid this compnay $497.00 via paypal to create a website for me for my ecommerce store. Per the agreement, the website would be completed in 10 business days. By August the website was not delivered. I spoke with [redacted], an Account Manager for Bellva Dropshipping in August and was told my $497 would be refunded in 30 days, I have not received a refund nor been able to contact anyone at the company.Desired Settlement: I would like a full refund of the $497 that I paid this company.

Business

Response:

Their accounts has been refunded in Full.

I am beyond frustrated with this company. The company is only excited to work with you the day payment is processed.

Here is a timeline of my history with this company:

October 8th: I first inquired about their services and was told by a representative that my website could potentially be up and running within a week. They then sent me an invoice via Paypal.

October 9th: Payment via Paypal completed. The same day, [redacted] (Strategic Business Development) sent me a questionnaire to fill out.

October 13th: I emailed back the questionnaire.

October 15th: [redacted] replied back, confirmed that he'd received the questionnaire and told me that the website would be done within 72 hours.

October 22nd: [redacted] sent me an email indicating that the website had been completed (more than 72 hours later but I didn't complain).

October 23rd: [redacted] asked to set up a phone meeting and gave me a list of times/dates. I told him that Tuesday 10/27/15 at 1:20pm PST would work best for & asked for a phone number that I could call since I was living abroad with a nine hour time difference at the time and could only speak on the phone via Skype. I did not hear back from him.

October 27th: I emailed [redacted] again asking him for a phone number. He replied back and said that you cannot receive inbound calls so he would start the process via email and assured me that this wouldn't be a problem. Then he asked me if I was a U.S. citizen. I assured him that I was and would only be living abroad for a few more weeks. He stopped emailing me after this. I still hadn't complained.

October 28th: I still hadn't heard [redacted] you so I took it upon myself to email him for an update. He didn't reply.

November 2nd: I still hadn't heard from him so I emailed again to check-in. Still no reply.

November 10th: I reminded him that I was now back in Los Angeles, where I was born and raised, and told him that if I didn't hear back I would go ahead and contact my bank to open an investigation. He finally replied back to my email and said that the site had not been completed because he could not open the questionnaire that I had emailed in on October 13th. If he had not received the questionnaire, how was the site completed on October 22nd? And why didn't he let me know? I didn't question it and I resent him the questionnaire attachment. Even after re-sending, I still did not hear back from the company.

November 23rd: I emailed [redacted] again to follow up. He replied back with an email indicating that an invitation to join had been sent. I did not receive anything and still have not received anything.

November 25th: I still had not received anything and so I emailed him once again to follow up. I still have not received anything from them.

December 4th: I emailed [redacted] with a timeline of my history with the company and told him that If I did not hear back by December 8th (2 months after signing up with the company) I would go ahead and cancel all charges made to my card. He emailed back right away and CC'd his supervisor, Leon, in the email. [redacted] assured me that Leon would be contacting me shortly to resolve the situation. I never heard from Leon.

December 8th: Ended business with this company.

The company not only failed to provide the service I paid for, they did not even try to resolve the situation after I'd brought up the problems and expressed my concern. Extremely disappointed.

DO NOT DUE BUSINESS WITH THEM UNLESS YOU WANT TO LOSE YOUR MONEY AND LITERALLY SEND 20+ EMAILS.

They respond when they feel like it. They don't build websites in the timeframe like they advertise. When you are finally up and running on shopify they don't respond to orders in which they fail to ship, yet they gladly charge your card for processing orders.

Do not do business with them. My sister also has the same issues and same experience. There are literally only 2 people in their business you CAN NOT TELL ME THEY HAVE MORE as you will only get a half [redacted] response from

The other emails ( [redacted] and [redacted]) and their zendesk system suck. They said zendesk would help provide better customer service lol that's non existent.

I am literally having to temporarily close my online boutique to find better vendors. My backup vendors are in China and I never had any issues with them responding or sending out orders.

RUN AWAY FAST YOU CAN FROM THIS COMPANY!!!!!!

Review: I signed up for a monthly stylist subscription on November 12, 2014 for $19 per month and a $36 set up fee. They charged my card immediately for the first month and the set up fee for $55US and I received an email thanking me for my order and telling me I would be sent log-in information within 24 business hours. I did not receive the log in information and I have followed up via 4 emails, a message on the contact form on their website and spoke with their live chat customer support. The support agent told me I would receive a call from an Account Manager the next day and I still haven't received a call or an email response from the company. I made two attempts to contact the company via posts on their Facebook page, both of which were deleted within 24 hours but yet not one person has attempted to contact me or even tell me they were looking into it.

As this is a monthly subscription service, I had to cancel the subscription but I was charged for a month for a service I didn't receive and charged for a setup fee for nothing.Desired Settlement: I would like a refund in the amount of $55 USD.

Review: In October 2015 I paid $149 to Bella Vi to create a turn-key website for me through their drop-shopping. The arrangement was $149 up front, the website will be completed in 72 hours and 2 weeks later there would be a remaining balance. The website was not completed in the 72 hours. Upon sending several emails, I was not given a response. I decided to open a claim through [redacted] which I had paid them through. I was now contacted back upon them receiving the claim. I was instructed to closed the claim and that the website was now completed and ready for me. That was not the case upon closing the claim. I asked for a refund which I still have not received and now they have been given full ownership back of the [redacted] store and I am out of $149. I have made several attempts in contacting Bella Vi about my refund and have had no response back.Desired Settlement: I defeienly would love my refund back of $149 and for this company to be under review of some sort because I am sure there are others out there who have not have successful business interactions with Bella Vi.

Review: Bella Vi is a SCAM!! I have been waiting two months for them to contact me, get me all the materials that I need, and to respond to my inquiry. They never answer when you call and noone ever gets back to you. I started paying the $19 a month for the dropshipping services and there were also suppose to set me up a big commerce account. They have done none of this. I am very upset with this company. I am starting to think that they do not exist. I would like a refund of my money back and they need to shut down. They will gladly take your money but you cant get in contact with them for any reason. Do not go with them. It is a scam!Desired Settlement: I would like a refund of $19 x3 = 57. Also to remove me from my monthly subscription. I do not want any more charges auto debiting out of the account.

Review: I made a purchase of $697 from Bella Vi on July 18, 2014 for dropshipping access and for a website set up. They sent me my start up information, but no passwords or log ins were correct, nothing worked properly, and I soon became aware that this company was not as legit as I had believed. I contacted them on July 19, 2014 and stated that I did not wish to continue with their services and to please refund my purchase price. That was when the nightmare started. I received communication that the refund was no problem, they would refund me that day. I did not receive this. I contacted them multiple time inquiring about the refund, and they would not reply to my inquiries. I received sporadic (at best) communications with them, and when they did contact me they were blatantly lying. They said things like "we tried to refund you but there was a problem with paypal." I contacted paypal and any attempt by Bella Vi to my account was nowhere on their records. Then they tried to tell me that they sent a check to my house but it was never cashed. NEVER happened! They had never asked for my address or let me know they were sending a check. They are a very deceptive company with no regard to their customer service practices and steal money for services they did not provide. I have saved every email communication between me and this company, and when I printed them out I had 50+ pages, most emails being from me demanding information and Bella Vi NEVER responding, just evading and trying to get away with stealing money from me, a person who did not waste even 24 hours before figuring out this company is vile and unreputable. Beware of this horrible, horrible company!!!!Desired Settlement: I simply want a refund of $697 paid to me in the form of an honorable check, since I do not want this company to have a credit card number or any other information involving me or any type of account that I may hold. If they plan on sending me a bogus check that will bounce, then I will consider another option.

Review: This company is purely a scam! I paid money to have this company build me a website. After about 2 days, I was contacted & was given questions to answer & told that the turn around time was 5-7 business days. The first red flag was that the questions were addressed to someone else, but I simply ignored the mistake. After I sent the answers, he replied with "we can set up a logo & banner for you for $120 and $76" I told him no. After that I heard nothing, I had to email my him to receive an update. He explained that he was "waiting" for me to send him my answers to the questions, which I clearly already did, but he was more focused on getting more money out of me. A few more days go by & I didn't hear anything again, red flag #2! I emailed him again over memorial weekend, inquiring about an update, & he emailed me back saying it was the memorial weekend & that he would get back to me on Tuesday. Tuesday comes & I don't receive an email, at this point it has been about 2 weeks & my website isn't finished yet! I tell them that I have a deadline & that I need it to be finished by the weekend. He then says that we should set up an appointment to finish the website. The day of the appointment comes, nothing, I email him asking what happened, he lies and says he emailed me then copies and pastes the "supposed" email he sent to me and said we can set up ANOTHER appointment. day of the next appointment comes, again nothing no email or phone call. I then email him to let him know that I just want my website even if its not finished, no reply. I email the main customer service & she was very apologetic & said that she would try to figure out what happened. 3 days go by, nothing again. I email them telling them that its okay, I don't want the website give me my money back because now its been over a month, I get an email from someone else saying they will take over, I tell them that I just want my website, no reply. I told them I wanted refund, no reply, its been over 45 days.Desired Settlement: At this point I'm seeking my $97 back! Also, the many people they have scammed, they should get theirs back as well! This is far from illegal! This company over prices for what they offer! They need to be shut down, and I'm working on it. I advise that if this has happened to you, file a small claims case against the company, as well as report them to the ic3! I am!

Review: I paid $195 for this company to design me a website that would utilize their drop shipping services but the lack of communication about updates is ridciculous! Also I was told that the site would be ready on TUesday when I tried to reach their customer service number it was bogus. And the service was not performed. I got the run around when I did talk via email to someone. It is all very shady.Desired Settlement: I would like them to refund my money and provide me this service for free. And to give me a working number where I can contact someone and get immediate assistance.

Review: I paid this company $595 on 2/2/14 to build a custom website and have drop shipping access for the website. I was promised a two week delivery. After a month in a half someone else was put on my account. I received several excuses as to why my website was not up or completely. In May of this year I tried to dispute the charge since they stopped being responsive. They will not respond to the several emails that I have sent and they never answer the phone. I would highly suggest to stay far away from this company as they are constantly searching for new business, from the email newsletter updates I receive from the company, only to take your money and ignore you after they have it. In conclusion, they are a bunch of crooks.Desired Settlement: I want a full refund credited back to my card for a total of $595 and an apology.

Response:

Their accounts has been refunded in Full.

Consumer

Response:

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and find that this resolution would be satisfactory to me. I will wait for the business to perform this action and, if it does, will consider this complaint resolved.

Regards,

Review: I signed up for this service on November 17 at a package that costs $499 that promised to set up a website, guide me through ordering their products and guide me to my first sales with marketing tools and many other things. They quoted me 15 days or so for the site to be completed and during that time, they changed their website and lowered the price all while I saw no progress on my website. I was told to purchase a domain name which I did and be patient but when the time was getting close I spoke with my account manager and she was apologetic and tried finishing up the work but when it wasn't done on time, she became impossible to reach. I am local in [redacted] so I stopped by their office a couple of times. Once they were not there during business hours and another day a woman who was not my account manager told me that they were in a meeting, took my information and told me they would call back. I tried reaching out on social media, the [redacted] page manager told me that someone would contact me but no one ever did. I tried leaving voicemails to simply get my money back and no responses. Throughout their silence I noticed that they still made changes to their website, sent out emails featuring special pricing and tried to gain more business through social media. It became frustratinf. The last time I reached out was in February and due to personal reasons I was unable to keep pursuing a refund. Now I see others have had the same issues with them and I would like my case to be resolved as well. I have emails and screenshots of conversations proving my story and will pursue a small claims suit if this can't be resolved.Desired Settlement: I would like a refund for the $499 they charged me either via [redacted] the way I paid or with a cashiers check. I would also like them to stop doing business altogether. I'm not the first person they have scammed and I'd like to be the last. According to the city of fountain valley they don't have a business license anyway.

Review: Payments were made as requested by the business and no service was ever given. After getting the run around and multiple promises for refunds or at least a person to return my call they eventually just stopped responding. All the quick responses disappeared after I first questioned when I would receive the promised website setup I payed for.Desired Settlement: I want a refund and a response before I go further for lost sales due to the fact that my website has now been closed for months waiting for someone to return a call or email as promised.

Review: I signed up to use Bella VI's services on September 12, 2014. Upon signing up I paid for 6 months worth of service totaling $90.00. After signing up I attempted to contact the company numerous times about when their product file would be updated and available for use and did not receive a response most of the times that I contacted them. They said that they would reimburse me for the months that I could not use their service but each time I contacted them about it they said that they could not find my credit card information. Finally, three months later I was told that the files were updated and that everything was ready to go. I was thrilled with this news and went ahead and set their products up for sale on my website. On December 29th I attempted to place two orders on their site that they said you should place orders through. Their credit card authorization system was not working so I put one through via my PayPal account, which was charged $22.90. I contacted them about their site not accepting cards and was told to place orders via email. I sent the second order via email but have not received any response about that order any of the times I have asked. After waiting a week for the shipping update on both orders I finally received a response stating that they were on break for Christmas and that they would look into my orders. I sent emails each day asking for an update. FINALLY on January 6th, after sending them an email saying that I would be contacting Revdex.com and canceling my service if I did not get a response I was then told that the orders "will be shipping out tomorrow". I have yet to hear back from them and the one order on their website shows that it is awaiting fulfillment. I asked for tracking on January 7th, no response. I then called 5 times today and no one answered the phone. I left one voice message that has not been returned.Desired Settlement: I would very much love to use their services if I could rely on them to not only ship my orders but to also keep an open communication. However, it does not seem that the company will be able to accommodate my needs. Unless I can receive some sort of validation that they are not a scam company and that they will ship my orders in a timely fashion then I would like to receive a refund of $112.90 and to cancel my subscription. This has been an absolutely horrible experience.

I signed up for a monthly stylist subscription and paid a set up fee. They charged my card immediately and informed me that they would be in touch with the log-in information for my account within 24 business hours. It has been almost a month and I have sent 4 emails I have had no response yet and they are supposed to be charging me for another month for access to a service that I am unable to use. I contacted the live chat on their website and they told me to expect a call from an account manager within 24 hours. That was 3 weeks ago. Still nothing. I posted twice on their Facebook page trying to get help and they deleted my Facebook posts but still nobody has gotten back to me.

Please buyers beware.

this place takes your money and doesn't return emails or issue a refund. bad place to do business with. still trying to resolve issue but they are ignoring my emails for a month now. do not do business with them. they are liars and thieves.
