On February 21, Bella View Windows & Doors installed windows at my homeThe cost was $3, also asked to have my damaged French door window repaired and was told they would be wet-SandedThis was not done and I was later told by Bella View Windows & Doors that they do not do repairs During the installation process I did not witness that the shutters in one of the rooms fell offI saw them leaning against the wallI was notable to talk to the workers as they finished and left for the dayDuring the inspection of the room saw that the shutters had been hung back up using screws on the molding around the windowThere were no marks on the molding prior to work being doneThe shutters are now not aligned properly resulting in the inability to release the shutters to open the windowThe neighboring shutters was also affected as they cannot be closed properlyNo authority was given to the workers to hang the shuttersThis was clearly a repair job and they do no
