Truth: She purchased a coupon She had a reservation She canceled her reservation Lie: I was never rude to her I did not comment to the nature of her situation by saying; "Were you a drunk driver?" I said nothing to the nature of her situation, I simply acknowledged her call and allowed her to cancel and reschedule She is able to make further contact with me She is able to reschedule I never commented one way or the other as to her having an expired voucher I allow ALL coupon users to void their expiration dates, and use them when it fits for them My phone lines and emails are truly & compassionately open for this person She is permitted to contact me and reschedule [redacted] has trouble telling the truth She is using your service to pry back a refund of which she not entitled too Her only options at this point are to pay her tax that she owes me & reschedule her reservation, or move on w/ her lifeThank you,Aaron K [redacted]

Susan purchased a coupon for my Inn on a website called [redacted].com. She charged her card in excess as a result of not paying attention to the site and not paying attention to what she was doing. Consequently letting her anger get the better of her thinking she needs to escalate the matter to the Revdex.com to get attention. Regarding calling me times – this woman is not being truthful. My phone records show phone calls from her number, and she got one return phone call from me. Which instead of talking to me, she just hung the phone up on me like her problems are/were my fault. My advice is brush up on your internet skills and stop blaming other people for your ineptitude

Review: My husband and I stayed at this B&B with a [redacted] coupon Oct. 14-16. Immediately after leaving, I realized I had dropped a pearl and diamond earring in our guest room. I called the owner, whose voice mail box was full. I later spoke to him. He said he had the earring on his desk and would send it. After multiple emails and phone calls, after 2 1/2 weeks, he has still not returned it and apparently does not plan to. He may have added it to the collection of small jewelry items that he sells on eBay. This incident is indicative of the way the owner runs the establishment. It is a 1-man operation, though it requires assistance. The house is not clean and is run down; towels smelled & were stained; faucets rusted; dining room seating inadequate. Owner gave only one soap to use in sink & shower. He only grudingly gave an extra bath towel. Breakfasts offered no choice, didn't start until 8:30, and featured poor quality items. Owner poured orange juice at table out of a bottle. Owner inserted himself into an evening conversation with my husband and me, told us how much money he made and spent, expressed boredom at running a bed & breakfast, grumbled about "cleaning toilets" and spending "$35,000" last year on feeding guests breakfast. He said every room was fully booked for many months in advance, yet we saw empty rooms. The owner also spoke at length about his personal relationships including an illegitimate child. When we were ready to leave, the owner told us that we had to pay tax -- about which we had not been previously informed. When I gave him cash, he couldn't make change and kept the entire amount. The amount was trivial but an example of the owner's irresponsibility, untruthfulness, and inappropriate way of dealing with guests.Desired Settlement: Local authorities should examine this place of business and see if it meets lodging requirements. [redacted] County Visitors Center should query the owner about his business practices. At the personal level, the owner should return my gold / pearl / diamond earring, which he says he has in his possession.

Greetings, Revdex.com -- Regarding my current complaint: #[redacted] Please advise me on the way to add information to my current complaint. The bed & breakfast against which I filed a complaint has just returned the pearl / diamond earring that I left there and asked to have sent back to me. The owner stated that he sent the earring but failed to write my city, state, and zip code on the envelope, so the envelope was returned to him. While the immediate resolution to my complaint has been taken care of, the broader complaint remains. I received a strange, disjointed email from the business owner. After that, I received a phone call from him in which he started speaking with mild upset and soon began screaming hysterically, making very little sense. Basically, his words echoed the text of his email. I would be happy to send this email to Revdex.com so that it becomes part of the background history. Thank you for your advice. --

Review: Book two days sat the inn on [redacted] for $134.00 per night. Two complaints: (1) Two nights were book, but the [redacted] showed four nights. Review: Have phoned daily for one week - at least three times daily The Inn does not answer nor have they responded to messages. The message was to cancel the reservation because, (2) The bed and breakfast had a second group on offer for the same thing; but this time the offer was at $68.00 per night not $134.00.

I have tried to contact [redacted] by phone but a recorded voice answers. The Bella Vista Be an Breakfast folks FINALY clean off their message machine and I left an essay. The call was still not returned (12 hours or so ago). The [redacted] folks wrote the following messages, ", "The machines full and will not take any messages." I final go to the answering machine and left a message asking th innkeeper to return the call. to return the call, but the calls (4) are it returned.Desired Settlement: To refund credit cards in the amount of $536.00
