Our two-story home has drywall cracking and the joints were coming UNGLUED and falling off from the majority of the corners. I have called countless times in the last six months to have these problems fixed, the contractors either don't show up or show up when they are not supposed to or its the wrong contractor on the wrong day and we have to reschedule all over again. I have been told multiple times that someone would show up, supervisors even, and no one comes that day nor do they call. When they lead contractor DID show up he was nonchalant, condescending and disregarded my children's safety when this was all brought to his attention. Therefore the issues at hand have yet to be resolved, much less in a timely manner. The shotty workmanship of these contractors and Bella Vista is a dark stain on the home building industry.
