I bought a car from My Car Kingston two weeks agoThe whole experience was great*** was my sales agent and he was thorough and professional throughout the entire transaction.He even had the car I wanted brought down from another location so that I could see itHe worked hard to save me money and even came in on a Sunday so I could do a 2nd test drive

Bella Vista is an Independent and or Assisted living facility in Mesa. They have been sold, and are now raising their monthly rates. Since most of the residents are seniors I am sending this on their behalf. Mu mother has lived at Bella Vista for the last 4 years with no complaints. I take care of all my mothers finances and pay all her bills. This year when her yearly contract came due, Bella Vista raised their rates by 11%. When I voices my concern over the rate I was informed that they were trying to get their facility raised to market value. We decided to move my mother into a smaller room, but are waiting until one comes available. When I received my mothers billing I was shocked to see that they were charging me an additional amount from what was stated during my meetings with the facility. Until we get my mother moved into a smaller unit she will be paying 14% over what she paid for the first six months of this year. This is not only a financial burden, but in my opinion highly unfair. Most seniors live on a very strict budget and this kind of practice makes for a very difficult financial burden. If it was up to me I would not do business with this company, but unfortunately my mother does not understand the situation. She is not willing to move to another facility at this point. If they do this again next year, we will have no choice but to move her as her financial situation will not support this again.

I went to MyCar.ca to look for a new ride.. While browsing, we were greeted by Silvio. We were looking into mini vans and having a hard time finding something we could get approved for. Silvio did not give up and found me my new amazing ride!! Everyone was pleasant and wonderful to deal with. I now have my 2012 [redacted] 3 .. 6 speed. So all in all my manual mini mini van!! Exactly what I've wanted!! Great experience!

Back on February 12 my family and I took a trip to Ottawa(Hammond) and the following day my car wouldn't start and when we finally got it to go I wasn't going home with my car. I had to find another vehicle and found the vehicle I wanted at MyCar(Kingston Branch) and I have to say that I was extremely pleased with the service I received. The transaction took place on the 15th during a snow storm. Thank you to James for answering the phone that day, Thank you to Tony for arranging all the financing part and coordinating everything and a big thanks(and I can't remember his name) to the one brave soul that drove all the way to Kemptville to get the plates during the storm. All and all it was a great experience
