I feel that this hotel should not advertise on any site (Booking.com is where I went) that they will not take the money out of your account until you show up for your reservationI also think that they should notify customers that they can expect their refund after a ten day waiting period before the transaction goes through so people knowI got some lame excuse that my emails were going to an employee that no longer works there and that’s why they didn’t respond to meWhy would they have an open email account for an employee that is no longer with them? I just don’t want the same thing to happen to other peopleThey do not deserve an “A+” rating if their policies are not transparent to their customersThey also didn’t try to rectify the situation in a timely mannerI haven’t even received an apology! This is VERY poor customer service!

We have a 72 hour cancellation policy so it doesn't appear they called in time. [redacted] has not worked at the hotel in years so the original letter was probably thought to be junk mail and not opened. We have our front desk staffed 24/7 so they can call for an update any time. I will research today and call them with an update. It sometimes takes 10 business days for the cc companies to process a refund. I will call them today.Regards,[redacted]

We are sorry for the confusion with your reservation at Bella Vista Suites.  We did provide you with a full refund.  It is standard hotel policy in our area to charge 1 night room/tax at time of reservation.  We apologize for any inconvenience that we have caused while rectifying the situation.   This reservation was booked thru a third party via bookings.com so it took us longer to research the reservation.  Regards,[redacted]
