Bella Vita Ristorante

My family and I went to Belle Vita Ristorante on June 23, for my graduation dinnerWe walked in and stated to the lady at the front desk that we had a party of and she asked did we have reservations and we stated noThe hostess then seated us inside at this long table aside windowsMy family and I were about to sit down and noticed that the area had bugs all on the window ledge and on the seat crawling and the seat pillow was detached from the wallIt was nasty and disgusting and we wanted to leave but we had other people comingI asked the hostess if we could move outside by the bar and she no, it is only for reservations and no kids allowed out there by the barAs soon as she said that, my party looked outside and noticed that there were a child sitting at the bar and one at a tableWe confronted the hostess and then she changed her story and say that kids can sit there within a reservationsBy this time we ask for a manager and the general manager comes to the table and we tell him about the bugs and want happened about the kids being at the outside bar, he apologized and asked if we wanted to moveWe told him we didnt want to move but for someone to clean the table, seat and window ledgeWe sat there for awhile waiting on the rest on the party and then the server comes to the table and I told her that I really didnt want to sit here and wanted to sit outside under the covered patio section, remind you that I had asked the hostess earlier and she said that a large party cant sit outside without reservationsShe said let me ask my manager and she comes back stating the manager agreed to let us sit out thereBy this time my party is feeling like this restaurant is rude and lack customer satisfactionWe then move outside to the covered pation section and got a new serverThe new server before she came to our table started to talk to another server about how many tables she already had and if he wanted the table and he said noShe then said well if I need help can you help and he agreedShe then comes to the table and gives us these ipads to choose our drink selection without even showing us how to use it and this was my first time hereI asked her to show me how to use it and then we choose our drink selection and we ordered two mozarella sticksShe brought out the water, the drinks without fruit on the side and the mozarella sticksShe then came back to the table after awhile and took our meal order and everybody orderedThey brought our food out and the food was cold, the broccoli was hard to eat, there were no chicken in my son chicken fettuccine and we asked for more water and she bring out warm water with no iceMy cousin asked for a cup of ice and she said she will be right back and never came backThe server went to tell the assistant manager that she cant deal with our table anymoreThe manager came to the table and stated that our server want be coming back to serve us because she cant deal with us anymore and that we will have another serverBy this time my family started to complain to her about the bad service we had from the beginning we walked into the restaurantThe new server came and had to get everyone meal order and drink order againWhen the new food came out the food looked total different and was hot and fresh and the drinks had fruit on the sideShe apologized and stated that the bill will be on themWhile we were eating we were talking about how this was everyone's first time here and had a bad experience and how they treated us and how is the server still working on other tables but she couldnt work on our table, she should have been sent homeAfter, we at our meal the general manager came to the table to speak with my husbandWe thought he was going to apologize for the bad service we experience but no he talks about how the kids said something unappropriate to the server after she left our tableMy husband told him we were about to leave and we will never be back and will report the business to the Revdex.comAfter we left we looked up the restaurant have seen that this business has been reported several times for bad service, prejudice and discrimination which as been reported to the Civil Rights Commissioner officeSomething needs to be done with this business because after all these complaints it should not be in business or needs to be sited
