Hello. I am Nancy O[redacted],  owner of Bella wax spa.  We do both rental here at Bella wax spa.  The service was not done by me. It was done by one of the booth renters. We are all here independent workers.  I believe in customer satisfaction....

 This was never brought to my attention nor the booth renter that did her service.  We had no knowledge meant that the customer was unhappy with her service.   Since it is in my establishment I will gladly cooperate to resolve this matter.
