I used them last year and it has been hellReally badI found termite infection on the property after few days and they would take no responsibilityNote that this termite infection and damage is old - at least years oldStill the inspector blindly gave a no termite certificationI spent all my savings to buy the house relying on the inspection and now they won't even pay for the repairNot even for a treatmentSave yourself from this painI can show any proofs you need if you don't believe, because I don't want you to go through the same experience

Eric inspect our house last summerWe were very happy at first with his level of professionalism and attention to detailsWhen we moved in to the house we realized that he knows nothing and inspected nothing and nothing he wrote in his report checked out nor was correctHe gave us green light on everything, mold report etcTurned out the house was ridden with black moldWe spend thousands of dollars cleaning it upThere were critters in the attic, damaged insulation which he conveniently did not notice Nothing is working properlyThe heating and air condition are in terrible shapeI don't know what he was checking, but nothing in this house the way Eric described itHe also gave some recommendation on repairs and we had numerous gen contractors since then, and not a single one said that recommendations we got were in any way validOh, and we checked on his mold inspection license from the organization listed on the website...and guess what? He has no licenseBeware of the fraud
