After the vehicle was repossessed the customer was given the legal hours to retrieve the contents of the vehicle They did not come in within that time frame after we called them multiple times All contents of the vehicle were then bagged up and placed in large black bags The bags were stored at [redacted] for an additional four days until the customer came in on 11/11/to pick them up The customer took delivery of the the contents within the large bags at that time At no time did anyone from Bella's I-Motorsport request the customer make a insurance claim The vehicle has no damage to require an insurance claim No representative from Bella's I-Motorsport has requested payment of $post repossession Payment was however requested prior to repossession and Bella's I-Motorsport does maintain the right to collect in accordance with the WA State installment contract signed by the customer for any unrecoverable debt Thank you for your time and feel free to contact Bella's I-Motorsport with any additional questions or concerns Respectfully Amos B

The customer purchased a used vehicle from Bella's I-Motorsport on 12/16/ The buyer purchased the vehicle AS-IS In accordance with "The Buyer's Guide" which was included and signed by the buyer at the time of purchase, there was no warranty whatsoever on the vehicle As a
courtesy, Bella's I-Motorsport did have a mechanic look at and replace a sensor At no time did Bella's I-Motorsport agree to be responsible for vehicle repairs or provide a warranty, thus selling the vehicle AS-IS, as evidenced by the buyer's signature on the Disclaimer of Warranty Agreement, Implied Warranty Negotiation Statement and on the Buyer's Guide at the time of purchase No refund is due to the customer The customer voluntarily returned the vehicle to the dealer and the appropriate voluntary repossession paperwork was sent to the customer

When I purchased the car it was to be a good running car Before I left the lot he agreed to have the part fixed, this was never done properly
why would I purchase a vehicle that was not in good working order when leaving the lot, or have a verbal agreement to have it repaired

The vehicle was sold to the buyer, who at the time of purchase was provided all the required documentation explaining that the vehicle was sold As-IsThe buyer agreed to all terms of the vehicle saleWe are unable to forsee future mechanical breakdowns on a used vehicle The buyer was
offered a service contract, which was refused by the buyer At this time we have no recommendations for resolving this issue.

Bella's I-Motor Sport did sell *** *** a Mini Cooper S on 07/16/ Bella's I-Motor Sport purchased the vehicle from a dealer auction on 08/27/and the vehicle had been personally driven by one of its' owners until it was sold to Ms*** At the time of sale, the
service engine light was on and Bella's agreed to have the vehicle serviced at that timeThe vehicle was taken to Boyles Auto Repair on 7/20/where hoses were replaced and a smoke test done The customer stated the air bag light was on and Bella's also agreed to have this taken care of and it was determined the clock spring needed to be replaced The initial clock spring that was ordered was the incorrect fit and another clock spring was ordered from NW Mini and installed by Bill's Automotive Repair At installation it was explained that the part would need to be initialized to the vehicle Bella's I-Motor Sport had no problem paying the $to have it initialized, but would not be scheduling any more appointments for Ms***, due to several missed appointments and requested she schedule the appointment with a facility of her liking at her convenience We apologize if there was a misunderstanding regarding who would pay for the initialization of the clock spring Bella's I-Motor Sport did state that we would not be taking care of any other repairs to the vehicle, as Ms*** stated there were several things she believed needed to be repaired based on her visit to Rolf's Auto Repair We are unable to provide a billing adjustment at this time Upon the sale of the vehicle post repossession, we will credit Ms***'s account with the greater of either the wholesale ACV (actual cash value) or amount the vehicle sells forIn the event the vehicle sells for more than Ms***'s remaining balance, any overage will be refunded to herOnce the vehicle has sold an updated billing statement will be sent out to Ms***

Complaint: ***I am rejecting this response because:I did not miss serveral appointmentsI tried calling owner on serveral occasions with no resultsTook to Boyles 3x and the last 2x he did nothing to my car, also the clock spring was to program per Northwest Mini and I was told by *** it was only FAIR that since he paid $to replace the clock spring, that I pay to program itIt was also taken to his mechanic Bill, who I also kept my appointments with as well....so this is misinformation.
