I received a complaint in the mail regarding a customer not received an orderI checked with my drop shipper and while we shipped it on February 3, that item was not delivered to the customer until February (See email below with tracking history) Not sure what happened, the tracking shows [redacted] received it on the 3rd, but there was an address issue, yet they still delivered it late I was unaware of this issue until nowWhile we shipped the item promptly when ordered, it is still unacceptable for it to take that long, even if it was not our fault(We use the address provided by the customer in the order) I will refund the customers shipping charges for this item and offer a full refund for the item if they want to return it to us I have also sent an email to the customer but have not heard anything back Please let me know if for some reason you or the customer does not feel this issue is adequately addressed by our companyWe take customer service to heart and work to help all our customers help their senior, injured and disabled dogs
