I am rejecting this response because: Its untrue.I cause no damage to the engine in the amount of time that I drove the vehicleI believe it was already damagedI was on my way to get the estimates on the morning that it broke down being that my work week starts on thursday it was the first day that I was availableThe door had nothing to do with the engine....and I would like to see where an outside mechanic can val8date that it was my driving in the time periodThe owner agreed to allow me to fix the door and he would get back to me about the restHe never gave me the option after thatI reached out to him via phone and text he ignores me and my text and voicemailsI never ever recieved even the estimate of work that he asked forThey had all the required documents from what she yold me when I left the lotand her words were congratulations on yoir new carthere was no mention of a pending transactionI had full coverage insurance that would have taken care of the doorand I also used my roadside assistance to have the vehicle towedI deserve my refundand this was a horrible event

The Customer test drove the vehicle for a long time prior to purchase from Drive Sac Dealership and was aware of the condition that the vehicle was sold to him before he purchased itWe sold the car As- Is and cannot help him in any way, he drove back home hours after
he purchased it and we do not know the way he handled the vehicle and drove it back home, we gave him a discount for the vehicle that he purchased, we sell used car's that will need little repair's and we let our customer's know before hand and they are aware that things can happen wit used vehicle'sWe do offer a Contract Cancellation Agreement at the time of purchase and it is up to the customer to purchase, if they want to bring the vehicle back , this customer did not purchased that document at their own will, so we cannot help them in any way, the customer signed paperwork understanding it was sold WITH NO WARRANTY

Customer , *** *** did not comply with Drive Sac nor *** *** to bring the rest of the stipulation's needed, so therefore the vehicle never belong to her , and was never transferred to her name, she caused damages to the car and did not show us anything nor said she would get it fixed ,
the only thing she said was she was going to get an estimate for the damages, the bank could not accept a damaged car plus she was not complying with us and we had been trying to reach out to her for almost two weeks and she did not answer until she damaged the vehicle and was stuck unable to driveShe caused damages to the exterior door and also, the engine the whole amount to fix was more than the $3,dollars she put down

This case was just an honest mistake by one of my employeesI informed this employee on where he made his mistake on the procedures and it is now corrected
I am the owner and operator of this establishment, but do not have the ability to be on the premises at all hours of the dayI have instructed my employees to notify me of any customer complaints, and I handle these issues as time permits
This problem occurred on a Saturday night, and was handled shortly after 1pm on the following dayLess than hours from the time the complaint occurred until the resolution
