Bellacova Reviews (%countItem)

I ordered what I thought was a one time purchase of the product. The product continues to arrive monthly. No one answers XXX-XXX-XXXX.
The product was purchased around October. It was a one time purchase. There were no indications that the product would be sent monthly. I let it go until this December when I realized that there was not return address on the envelope. I went online and tried the XXX-XXX-XXXX number. No one EVER answers it. I was even placed in a queue and stayed on the phone waiting for my turn for 10 minutes. I believe this is a scam because of the reviews online. I have since requested a new debit card from my bank to cancel the unauthorized competitive deduction from my account.

Desired Outcome

Cancel the product delivery.

Recently, I filed this complaint. The company did reply and responded to my complaint. The issue was resolved. Thank you.

Sincerely,

I am trying to stop them from sending me anymore of their product and more importantly from charging me anymore money.
As part of a survey, I was offered a "free " gift: usually I turn them down JUST because of *** like this. Anyway, I chose a pot of face cream I would never otherwise be able to afford figuring I would be reminded to cancel when I received the second pot for which I would undoubtedly be charged a breathtaking sum.
I was charged the breathtaking sum but never received the cream. I had no number to call save the one on the packaging which I had disposed of. So I waited until the next month: I called the number on the packing slip; the person I spoke to couldn't find my account and told me to call the number on the product packaging it so happens to be the same as the number on the packing slip (XXX-XXX-XXXX). Then, I returned the cream with a note (pretty much the first three sentences of this complaint) asking them to please stop the auto shipments and return my money. I was quite disappointed when I saw I had been charged again. I will be returning it as soon as it gets here.
So far I have been charged: $89.95 on July 3rd (the one I never got); $94.90 on August 2nd; and $94.90 on September 3rd for a grand total of $279.75..... for a half ounce of face cream.
If I can't get my money back, PLEASE, at least, make them stop sending me anymore!!!

Desired Outcome

STOP sending me anymore product and a refund of $279.75.

After discovering, yet another charge from this company, I called my bank to attempt to stop payment (which they cannot do because it is a debit card charge so I cancelled my card, instead): they informed me of a different phone # for the company which seems to actually be located in California.
The number is: XXX-XXX-XXXX
I called them and they agreed to remove the most recent charge, however, they refuse to refund for any product past 30 days and, guaranteed that their customers would exceed 30 days by providing a useless telephone number, both, on the packaging and the packing slip.
I admit, I lost it and hung up on the operator but, I called back and asked to speak to a supervisor and was told that they are not available to speak to customers (and, I lost it again, only this time the operator hung up on me)!!!
I suffer from PTSD; I can't deal with intractable people who have all of the answers but no solutions and that is why I have contacted you.
But, I thought you should know that the corporate office we are dealing with is in, in fact, in California.
Do you transfer this to them or do I need to refile?

I hope you can read these: I tried to get the statement dates in the pics and I included the promotional charge too.
That's all of the charges from them so far.
Also, as I said, I never received the second shipment and I sent the other two back to the return address on the mailer.

to me
All I have is the box: I wrote a note on the two packing slips (they had nothing on them but the same number as the package) before sending them back with the product.
I still can't believe they have the audacity to provide a worthless phone number then, give us 30 days to figure out where they hid the correct one.
It's positively repugnant what corporations get away with.
PS: should I get a lawyer (if I can find one I can afford)?

Their advertising stated there was nothing else to buy and I would only be charged shipping which was. $4.95. They stole $89.95 twice $199.90 stealing
On August 27 and XX XXXX was tricked told me I had nothing else to buy. This is wrong They said nothing else to purchase.

Desired Outcome

Refund

Thank you for keeping in touch with me regarding my complaint however, my bank has reversed those charges back to my credit card.

Tried many times to contact business and can't get through to cancel auto ship products , and they keep sending and charging my account !

Desired Outcome

Refund I would like to cancel the auto ship and get the charges taken off my account .im a widow and can't afford the $200 they take out every month ! Please help me to get this cancelled and taken care of !

This was advertised as Robin McGraw's line of cosmetics, which is called revelations. It is not. This is called Bellacova, the number on the box is when you call it, they tell you it has nothing to do with them. When you call Robin McGraw's number, they know all about the scam, and described it perfectly, I guess I am not the only one. The invoice lists the same number . XXX-XXX-XXXX.
Product_Or_Service: Face cream
Order_Number: XXXXX

Desired Outcome

Billing Adjustment No charges, and no more product. No use of my credit card.
