Review: I dropped my German Shepard Bella and English Mastiff off at BellaDoggie for the Halloween weekend. My Bella was wearing a Saints Shirt for Halloween and I asked that it be removed at the end of the day. When we picked both dogs up Bella was wearing the Saints shirt which smelled of urine. Once we got into the car I noticed after I removed the shirt that Bella had sores on her legs where the shirt had been rubbing. She had teeth marks in the shirt as she was trying to bite it off. I called the manager the next morning and she was not available, so I left a message which she returned that day. She said she would find out why they left the shirt on her which was around 2:00 pm. As of 5:45 pm that day no response, so I sent her a text of my dissatisfaction of no response. She said they her two leads were gone this afternoon and she would call tomorrow morning. As of Noon today, no response. I am extremely upset and want my money back since I have no faith that they took care of my animals.Desired Settlement: I would like a total refund and for them to be reported for no taking care of my animals during their stay. People need to know how bad this place is.

Review: My 10 month old puppy regularly attended Belladoggie for daycare. One day, I picked her up, and noticed her eye was swelling. The manager,[redacted], said it must've just happened, she didnt see anything happen, and the facility doesnt have video cameras to see what happened. I take my dog home and give her Benadryl (thought it may have been a bee sting), her eye didnt get better, but kept swelling. I had to take her the next morning, first thing, to an emergency vet appointment, where the vet proceeded to tell me she had a corneal ulcer, which occurs from trauma or impact to the eye. I proceeded to pay a $450 vet bill over the next few weeks to help cure my pup's eye. We weren't sure if she was going to lose her vision or her eye...it was very serious! This all occurred due to negligence of the daycare center. No one was watching the dogs play, no one knew what happened to my dog. I trusted this daycare center with taking care of my animal, and they failed to do so. They failed to refund me the rest of my money for the daycare package I had paid for. Only $100, but I clearly do not want to take my animal back to this place. They only offered a giftcard. The manager, [redacted],even claimed that no one saw what happened, thus no one was supervising the dogs playing at the time. It notes on their website that dogs are supervised at all times. They have even noted before that they sometimes put my 8 lb dog in to play with the bigger dogs...without my permission. The manager even went to the extreme to blame my 8 lb dog on her aggressive play behavior...she's 8 lbs! The facility was very unprofessional,took a while to return my calls, and all I wanted was a refund of my money! They did not take care of my dog, and I will never bring her back. Complete and utter negligence on their part. I should be able to trust a business when they are hired to take care of my dog for the day, period. Instead, I incrued a $450 vet bill.Desired Settlement: I would like a refund of my $100 and assistance in paying my $450 vet bill. In total, a refund of $550.
