on an entirely new office staff in August At this time the complainant was on notice to vacateThe staff did not show any type of written agreement between the prior staff and the complainant suggesting the carpet charges be waivedPer the signed lease agreement dated October 13, 2015, Paragraph 1, states: "Neither we nor any of our representatives have made any oral promises, representations, or agreementsThis Lease is the entire agreement between you and us."Unfortunately, without the agreement in writing, we were not able to waive the carpet fees due to the excessive amount of damagesPhotos of the damaged carpet are attached.Sincerely,*** ***Property ManagerBellaglo @ Beach Street *** *** *** ***
