Scammed out of refundable deposit.
The owner, is a scam artist and a dishonest person.
I came into the store, for the first time, with a pic of a gold chain design I wanted to see if they had. *** said he could find the exact chain. Catalog picture looked different, but he said he'll order and if I don't like it when it comes in, I won't need to buy it. Didn't even discuss pricing. Needless to say, he asked for a refundable deposit but said not to worry and that he would refund if I didn't like it. So I had nothing to worry about. Or so I thought. *** promised me the chain would arrive 2 days later. I came a few days later - wasn't there. I came a week later, still no chain. Kept getting told to come a later date with false arrival dates. Told me his daughter forgot to order it. 3rd time I came a few weeks later, to ensure it was there. Chain finally came however it looked nothing like original picture. He refused to refund the deposit, saying I should've came more times - as if I had nothing better to do with my time than to drive there every day. Totally ignoring his mistakes, my 2 other attempts, his false arrival dates, but moreover, his word and honor.

Now, $500 stolen, nothing to show for it.

I picked out a pair of earrings and the owner insisted that he make a nice setting for them and he took the earrings to where he repairs and switched the diamonds and told me he put. Nicer ones in and when I went and got them tested they were not real diamonds they were cubic zirconia and when I called he refuse to take the blame for it
