September 30, 2016Complaint ID: 11726198To whom this may concern,The claims that *** *** accused our salon are accusation We have fullsurveillance, photos and a witness to back it upIn which such evidence will be attached.Mrs*** came in our salon on 09/19/at 12:PM
requested an acrylicbalance (fill) $and a pedicure $service $+TAX $ Mrs*** signed in andproceeded to choose her polishesShe was having difficult time choosing her polish andasked Angel, our nail technician to help her choose her polishInstead, Angel brought overfour trays of Gel polishes sample over for Mrs*** to choose at her pedicure spaWe donot choose colors for our clients because we don't want to be responsible if the client dislikethe colorAngel proceeded with the pedicure and finished then brought Mrs*** to themanicure station to start the acrylic balanceThe balance was successful and Mrs***left with a smile and left a $tip."acrylic fill on my hands however when the girl was applying the gel paint I told her itlooked thick she proceeded to tell me that is how it is done four coats of paint under a clearcoat..." - Mrs***The facts is under the surveillance footage when the third coat was applied, Mrs***requested the fourth coat of polish after she cross examined her nailsThe footage showsthat Angel was closing the bottle of polish to put away when Mrs*** put her hand up inthe air and against the wall and then requested an additional coat of polishAngel did notsuggest the fourth coat nor commented of this is how it is done."..I left they felt painful ..." -- Mrs***In addition, the survelllance footage show throughout her services that she didn't pull herhand back as if the drill was hurting her, not even onceTo reiterate, when a high speedDremel is against your finger and a sharp sanding bit is on the end of it and if it hits yourfingerYour hand will pull back and you will say, "OUCH"."I went back to the nail salon half hr later and told them they didn't feel right well the mansaid he could change the paint but would charge said unbelievable I left ..." --------- - Mrs***The reason for the charge:The color was what she chooseThe thickness was because of her own faultFor us to remove the gel polish is very difficultWhen a client comes in for a balancethe gel polish has grown out so when we sand off the polish it is not against yourcuticlesWhen a fresh balance with gel polish is applied it is very difficult to sand offthe polish because of being so close to the cuticle."the guy who tried to charge me more stood there and yelled at me in front ofcustomers and told me he wouldn't do it unless I took down my review on their Facebookpage and apologized I said apologize I didn't mess this up he continued to yell at me sayinglook at you getting your nails done and having to pay to get them fixed..."--- Mrs***My manager did ask Mrs*** to remove the Facebook review and apologize but he wasnot yelling at herThe Facebook should be taken down due to the accusationWe havea witness and footage that says differ than what Mrs*** accuses use for."I asked the older man that was working on my nails is this right the younger guy looked atus both and yelled he isn't nothing to me he doesn't run this place ...." -- Mrs***Mrs*** misunderstood what my manager was trying to say, he was implying that hewas the manager he should be the one settling the situationI do compliment to "older man,"Lloyd for taking the high road and attending Mrs*** needs and adjusting her nails toMrs*** liking.I would not consider this as a repair because there was nothing to repair I did reviewphotos which is attached of Mrs*** nail before they were adjusted, they were fine.Acrylic balance thickness or thinness is not to be adjusted because it is considered a balance.A balance is when we fill the gap between old acrylic and the cuticles, I would consider Angelbeing one of the best at polishing even, clean and near perfectionFinally we did adjust hernails to her liking due to her mistake for requesting an extra coat of polishI do not see oursalon doing any wrong doingHere I deal with long time loyal clients that prefer greatworkmanship, quality client and technician relationship and cleanliness.Regards,Salon Owner
