I'll try to be as objective as possible in this review of Inwood Lawn EquipmentFirst, the positives:
-repairs done right the 1st time
-they sell and represent quality lines of lawn equipment
-they are a local business, as in not one of the big box home improvement stores
Now, the negativeIt's only one but in my opinion far outweighs the positives listed above:
-I experienced an apathetic attitude from both parties I dealt with here, one male and one female, on each of three recent visits and/or phone calls that bordered on unfriendlinessOn each of these interactions, I was made to feel my business was unwantedAlmost as if it was an inconvenience for them
Decide for yourself, maybe you'll have a better overall experience
