Placed trial order for product and now unable to cancel future orders due to inability of customer support or actual company to locate my account.
I ordered a free 30 day supply of Anti Aging Cream Order #CA87BXXXXX on 8/27/2018. I received my order and have received the product again in October & November at which time my Discover Card was automatically charged. I understand these scams of free products and I should have known better, but thought I would take once again take a chance if the product would work as advertised. However, the product has not lived up to its expectations. The last order #XXXXXXXX dated 10/26/2018 has been recently received. On Saturday, 11/10/18, I called the customer support phone number (866) 876-7863 supplied by BellaMia on the original Order Receipt, to cancel all future orders. The gentlemen at the above customer support number was unable to find my account. I gave him my original order receipt #CA7BXXXXX, my latest Order #XXXXXXXX My Customer *** my Ref. and Cust PO# *** full name, and my email address to no avail. He then requested my Discover cc number, which I refused to give over the phone. I then called another number listed for BellaMia (833-228-8969), and reached the answering machine which told me to call back during their normal business hours which are 7 am - 9 pm Monday thru Friday, and 9 am - 6pm on Saturday. I called at @ 1:00 pm on Saturday, which according to their answering machine are normal business hours. PLEASE CANCEL THIS ACCOUNT (WHEN YOU CAN FIND IT) AND SEND NO FURTHER ORDERS.

We are unable to locate Ms. account or sales transactions.
We have no business relationship with BellaMia Quench and Ms. is not in our data base.
(The consumer indicated he/she DID NOT accept the response from the business.)
This has been the problem all along no one is able to locate my account. I found another address for BellaMia in Tampa, 3201 W. Hillsborough Ave., Tampa, FL 33686 (833-228-8969). Strange that all the addresses I find on the internet for this company are located in Tampa. No one can find my account, but they have no trouble charging my credit card each month and actually sending me the product. It seems to be a bait and switch scam with no way of canceling the monthly shipment without extreme frustration and investigation.
I was once again charged for two more orders on 12/22 in the amount of $49.97 and again on 1/19 in the amount of $49.91. I contacted the company to advise that I had never even received these products and did not want to pay for them. The company now known as New You Lab said they couldn't refund me but would resend the products (per telephone conversations). However, as of March 20th, the products still have not been received even though I was told they were reshipped twice. I was informed the current name of the company is New You Lab, billing as PureYou, Pure Soap's, and Quench Skin Moist on credit cards. I once again emailed [email protected] to inquire as to the shipments, only to receive the message ADDRESS NOT FOUND. Therefore, I believe the company has once again changed their name!!!
