I ordered product online and called the phone # within 30 minutes and cancelled. They still called to ship and charge my account
I ordered product online and called within 30 minutes of order to cancel. They issued 2 cancellation numbers on 09/25/2018 yet charged my debit card on 09/26/2018. I had to call my bank to cancel my debit card due to a security breach and protect my account from fraudulent activity. The confirmation numbers for cancel order are CXXXXXXX and CXXXXXXX Yet they called to tell me they are shipping product and charged my acct. $5.95 and $4.95 although I cancelled the order within 30 min of order. When I called them back to explain I had cancelled order, "Jason" hung up on me. I then called back again and asked for a supervisor. I spoke with "Jason", explained the problem and he said, "the order will not be shipped". I asked the location of their department, he said, 'San Diego" but would not give me an address as I requested. He said, "I can't give you the address". The phone number he called from is ***. This is a Utah area code. I did report this as fraud to my Credit Union. ***. The fraudulent company is called Dermis Anti-Aging Cream. Their customer service # is 844-747-9021. The supervisor I spoke with is Lewis. He would not provide a last name nor company address. I spoke with him at 1201 pm on 09/26/2018 then I immediately called my credit union to cancel my debit card and report fraudulent activity. The order # is XXXXXXX Essence PH Skin and #XXXXXXX Essence PH Eye. This appears to be fraudulent!

Desired Outcome

Please investigate this company. They charged my account and also called to tell me that they were shipping the product although I cancelled the order within 30 minutes of placing the order and the "company" gave me cancellation confirmation numbers. They charged my account after cancelling and also refused to give me the actual address of the company and the shipping company address.

The company claims that they don't know who I am and can't find information. I will forward the e-mails I received from this company confirming order and shipment.
Please review it. I have not received a product and they did charge my account.
I believe there is a serious scam here.
Unfortunately I did not receive the letter from Revdex.com in time and I am submitting the documents on the last date listed for reply. I must mail the documents due to computer error and will send them tomorrow morning.

Before commit to our 14 day free trial, our customers have to affirm and acknowledge the terms & conditions for our auto ship program by marking the T&C check-boxes.
According to our records, Ms. ordered our 14 days trial on 9/25 and paid S&H of $4.95 and $5.95. Once our 14 days trial ends, our monthly subscriptions / Auto Ship program took effect.
Our records showed Ms. reached out to us on 9/25 and request to cancel the order, we went ahead and cancelled auto ship program per customer's request.
We feel for Ms. concerns and do apologize for any inconvenience, therefor we issued refund for the shipping fee of the 2 shipments, please see details below:

I am requesting a refund for two products I requested as COMPLIMENTARY TRIAL SAMPLES ONLY and I agreed only to pay the $5.95 shipping charge for ONE sample to Bellamia Quench, also listed as essencephskin.com.
I did NOT authorize the two charges billed to my credit card of $92.90 and 94.90 for a TOTAL OF of $187.80 on August 27, 2018. I have talked to their employees Sonoya and Ayana on two separate calls, one in late August and the other on September 11, 2018. They told me on my second call I could NOT cancel the order because this type of product is non returnable and non refundable regardless of the fact that I have NOT opened the products. If this information would have been disclosed to me in advance of my request I would NOT have asked for a complimentary trial sample. Additionally, their statements are not supported or explained in the company's product disclosures and therefore legally questionable.

I have requested several times the following:

*a company administrator who has the authority to make a refund decision and their name, e-mail address and direct phone number'

*Additionally the name and same contact information of the President/ CEO and Chief Financial Officer of the company'

I also asked to resolve this issue amicably for the reasons I have stated, my credit charges are coming due soon so I would appreciate a timely e-mail response to my requests please.
I stated I was prepared to return the unopened product upon documentation of a refund and thanked her.

Ms. Taja, employee has e-mailed me back several times writing they cannot find my account and asked for my account specifics which I e-mailed again allow with all the product Dispatch Note. She still could not find my account and asked me to call, I asked her please talk to her other two employees Sonoya & Ayana who found my account on both my phone calls. She has since stopped responding to my e-mails and answered NONE of my questions.

Desired Outcome

MY ORDER # XXXXXXX on August 27, 2018 I called that week twice, cancelled the unauthorized order and future monthly orders with Sonoya then Ayana, they told me the company does not do refunds or returns because of the product even though it has not been opened. I agreed to send it back once the refund was posted to my card.

On August 26.18 decided to take advantage of a free offer made by Bellamia, was to pay s&H on 2 items. An item I did not want caused total of $30+.
On August 26, 2018, I decided to take advantage of an online offer for bellamia quench. I was to receive 2 products for payment of S&H. when I went to the final page, after having given my debit card information, I was shown an additional product that I did not want so I was ready to cash out and then discovered that the product was totaled into my purchased. This took my account from $10+ to $30+ dollars. I went back and saw that the page was set up so the purchaser must refuse this item or it was assumed the item was wanted. I accept part of the blame but the "No thanks" is small and at 70 years of age, I don't have the best vision nor the additional cost. I contacted the company by phone. The customer service email only took me to screens where I could purchase product. I spoke with agent 384 and was told the products had been mailed. She offered me a deal where I could pay 50% of the price of the product I did not want. I explained that it was not a product I would have purchased under any circumstance. I told her I would send the entire order back upon receipt as I no longer what any of their products. I don't like the way they handle their web orders.

Desired Outcome

I plan to return the product upon receipt and wait for a refund to my debit card. It is a lesson learned. In the future I will pay using another method.

purchased Bellamia Quench, Bellamia Renew and Bellamia Lashboost on 08/26/18. *** called in stating she did not want to purchase the Bellamia Lashboost, and that she was going to return the product upon receipt, and disconnected the call. All three products were shipped to *** on 08/27/18. Will refund upon receipt of return. Using our best practices as a business, we feel we have gone above and beyond to service this individual.

Our phone number is available multiple places including her emailed receipt and on our website. Our customer service is available Mon - Fri 9:00 a.m. - 9:00 p.m. and Sat 9:00 a.m. - 6:00 p.m. eastern standard time. BellaMia Renew and BellaMia Quench were shipped out on 06/11/2018. On June 23, 2018 *** was billed for $89.97 for BellaMia Renew, which was approved. BellaMia Quench was not paid for, and *** retained that product. On 07/09/2018 *** was billed for her scheduled charge of $95.76 for BellaMia Renew which was approved. BellaMia Renew shipped out to *** on 07/17/2018. On 08/09/2018 *** was billed for her scheduled charge of $95.76 for BellaMia Renew which was approved. BellaMia Renew was shipped to *** on 08/09/2018. On August 9, 2018 *** called in to cancel. On 08/09/2018 *** was refunded
$95.76 for her 07/09/2018 payment, and $95.76 for her 08/09/2018 payment stating she could not afford it. *** retained all the products that were shipped. Using our best practices as a business, we feel we have gone above and beyond to service this individual.

This company is a scam. It is a bait and switch company. They claim to give you a free sample but then monthly bill you for $89.97.
I received a RMA to send back product with full refund. They received it and said that it was received and refund was processed. Never received the refund. This is a reoccurring complaint that the company keeps the money even after product is returned for full refund. They claim they are fixing the problem but then the money is never given back.
I have all contact, all emails, postal receipts, verification they received it back, RMA number, and email stating that funds are being posted back via bank and they are looking at the problem. This has now been 4 months. No refund yet NO product.

Desired Outcome

I would like the full amount refunded into my account.

purchased our products on 05/25/18. After the 14 day trial *** was billed for both products, of which only one was successfully charged.
*** emailed and called to cancel. Our customer service has responded to each request, and canceled the continuity purchase for both products as requested. *** requested a refund for Bellamia Quench. *** was to return product for refund. Check was mailed to customer for refund.

It has been months and I have not received a check. This is the first time I heard of a check being sent. They said 3 months ago it was going into my bank, and never received. Said then it was being corrected and still no refund. I again have not received a check or any refund.

I do not except their explanation because the check they claimed they sent was never received. They also said the refund was goi g straight into my bank account months ago. That never happened. They then said it was being connected and would be in my bank account 30 days, again never refunded. Then saidca check was mailed to me. The check was never received. I returned this product w a promise of a full refund.

Bellamia Quench took over my credit card info without my consent they charged my cc for something I did not order. I have tried numerous times to call
I continue to get a recording no one ever answers the phone, then they say they will call you back, leave a message no one calls back, or they say you can email them no one emails back. It is a scam company, I do not want them to charge my card again, I would like to keep my same card, and put them out of business!

On August 10, 2018, we attempted to bill for the product *** purchased with out success as the card was declined. We made two additional attempts to bill for the product on August 13, 2018, and August 16, 2018 which were both unsuccessful. *** retained the product after the trial period with out payment. Using our best practices as a business, we feel we have gone above and beyond to service this individual.

This company has misleadingly offered free samples and then charges you full price. Requested refunds do not appear in my bank statement.
On 6/1/18 I order two free samples for payment of the shipping charges. The product was shipped on 6/11/ and received on 6/13. After seeing charges to my account for both of these at full price in addition to the shipping charges I called only to be told that it was a 14 day trial. I did not receive the product for 13 days of the 14 day trial. When I called on 6/26- within 14 days of receipt I was offered a percentage refund. A refund for products I did not order issued on the 6th of June has not hit my account 20 days later so I am not hopefull that the other refunds will process through either. Very misleading sales tactics, slow or no refunds, and little interest in whether or not the product works.

This business is out for your money. I ordered this on 5-31-2018 for a trial for 14 days for postage 4.87, to charge you 89.97 in 14 days. I called and canceled with the phone number 833-228-8971 that was on my bank account with the charge they said they could not find an account for me, so I figured it must have been canceled. Now today I look at my account and see they have went ahead and charge me again for 89.97. I stopped by card so they can't do it no more!!! I hate con artist!!!

I ordered this product from a Facebook add - it was supposed to be free with a $9.99 shipping charge - THEY added an additional product for $19.99 even though I clicked "No thanks" for a $29.99 total - I figured it was a lesson learned - shame on me - this was May 29th - since then - they deducted an additional $89.99 from my checking last week ( which I caught last night) and are trying to deduct another $89.99 today - I am waiting for my bank to open - On May 29th I immediately emailed the company telling them that I did not agree to purchase the additional product for $19.99 - yesterday when I discovered the fraudulent $89.99 charge - I called the number listed and it only goes straight to music - no opportunity to leave any kind of message - I dont know what to do at this point -

I went to check my bank account and saw that BellaMia Quench charged me $208.00 in a matter of two days for their product I never ordered.
I ordered a "free sample" of BellaMia Quench which they charged my account $30.00 for. I then was checking my bank account to see that they charged me $89.00 twice within two days of each other for more of the product. I contacted an outsource company in Florida # 1-833-228-8969 and spoke to a supervisor (Ivy) to get a refund on my account.

I've seen Gunthie Renker do this same thing and it only *** off the paying customer. They need to advertise exactly what and if you will be charged by the company.

Charged my CC for full month before the trial period was over.
Only issued a small refund.
Their website "accept terms" are NOT clear or included in any confirmation emails to customer. No paperwork included in trial sample. They charged my CC for 89.97, BEFORE the end of the trial period.
I basically, didn't have a chance to cancel after the free trial.
During the free trial I was NEVER notified of what amount they would charge should I decide to continue.
They count the beginning of the trial period from order date. I didn't recieve product for several days after order placed.
They refuse to refund the entire amount. As of today they are refunding about 31.00 in 7-10 business days.

I was scammed by a lack of notification, unclear trial periods, unreasonable trial timelines and charging before a trial period is up.

Signed up for a "trial" offer for what I thought was one product in May. They charged me for 3 products and shipping charges and that cost me about $35.00 Once I received the products and started using them, they charged me again 89.97 twice! Called them and they said that was the charge for the original trial products, and they would send me another shipment on 6/22 and those would be charged again each month! I've had over $200 charged to my account and only have a trial sample of 3 products so far. I asked them over the phone to please cancel my order and refund and they would only refund a total of $44.98 I just don't want to see anyone else get taken like this.

I want all my money refunded or more than $44.98 at least! And to make sure this is completely cancelled and I never see any charges from them again.

I ordered a free sample. Just had to pay shipping. Tried it and it made my skin break out. That was that. But then I see a large charge on my credit card. I google the product and plenty of people said they get you to order a sample and put you on auto delivery which is not stated anywhere on the form. Then they charge you every month. They do not answer their phone. I put a complaint in with my credit card company but they couldn't get in touch with them either. My order number is ***.waitong to see what credit card company says. I want my mo eye credited back on my card and I want them to cancel me out of their system.

My credit card company contacted them. First they said they wouldn't refund my money. Then they said they would if I sent the product back. They sent me an RMA and I returned it. It was delivered to them on June 15th. My credit card company said they have 15 days to issue a refund. I sent them tracking and delivery information and right now I am waiting for my refund. This is a horrible company who trick you into buying things you don't want for a lot of money. How could they offer something free and then charge you for it because you gave them your card to pay for shipping? She said the information about the payments comes up AFTER you put your credit card in. I saw no such information. It is a definite scam company. And many people have been tricked.

Some of the links to order this product do not include the disclaimer that you are entering into an auto ship program. The sites is very misleading. Thinking you are ordering a sample, and then shipped a full size product for a 14 day trial which they claim starts from the moment your card is charged. Even though you don't get it for days beyond that. This company is scamming people into their program through missing and misleading information. They refuse to refund your money or let you ship the product back within the time frame.
