I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted] and find that this resolution acceptable as long as they provide written notification that the account is fully paid off with no balance due, further, with the refund of the late fee in January the account should now be overpaid by approximately $14.90.
  The bank can keep this amount as long as they provide further notification that they will not attempt any more withdrawals/payments (such as they $411 they attempted to withdraw to cover the 11 cents owed on the account on March 15. Sincerely,
