The staff was efficient in cleaning out my dad's apartment After an early misunderstanding, which was resolved professionally and efficiently, they completed the project better than expected

In late May of I contracted with Belle City Resale in Racine, WI to sell many household items and pieces of furniture that I no longer neededI hired movers and had the items delivered to Belle CityThey provided me with a list of those items some time after delivery that included the prices they would try to obtain for each piece
To date, August 2016, I have been told multiple times that everything on those lists sold except for one bedroom setHowever, even though I have been told the items were sold, and that payment should occur to me one month after those sales, I am still waiting to be paid for all of the itemsI have had to call and email the business multiple time, since May 2016, and am always given reasons why they haven't paid up yetUsually I am told they have never had this situation happenThe owner, Tracey, has told me herself that she would resolve the situationIt is NOT resolvedI last spoke with her one month ago and have emailed her in the last two w

Furniture and household items were consigned to my store on May 29, My contract duration is days; after days I may legally dispose of said items without consequence.
I have completed my obligation with regards to this contract as I have paid in full all of the items that
sold, donated the items she requested donated and still, to this day, have one dresser in my store.I have repeatedly apologized for the human errors that occurred with her accountThese things happen and every effort was made to correct them, and I did.
Unfortunately,with the computer age and the ability to post erroneous, incomplete and incorrect information, my name and reputation gets slandered because anyone can file a complaint with your organization without any documentation or presentation of factThis is the reason I am not and will not be a member of the Revdex.com.
This complaint is a perfect example.
Ihave answered simply because there are people who still use this antiquated way of "checking" someone's reputation.
Too bad the facts don't matter

I continue to reiterate my previous responses.
I do not respond well to personal character attacks and I don't respond well to agencies that allow and encourage it.
Unless and until the Revdex.com receives the FACTS, and stops printing slanderous, erroneous and unsubstantiated "facts", there really is no reason to continue this dialog. Never have I attacked the character and launched such accusations.
I understand that these days we live in a world where the computer screen and keyboard is a protective measure for people to say whatever they want, whether it's true or not. And I understand that there are still antiquated websites and agencies that allow them to do it.
I have no obligation to be a part of it.
I have been in business, in this small town, for a long time. I understand that there will always be those who will never be satisfied with your work no matter how hard I try to please them or how far above and beyond I go to try.
I am thankful for my other 798 consignors who are satisfied with my work. My energy will much more well be spent there.

The owner is now changing what she repeatedly told me. First of all, I have no signed contract with the business stating she can dispose of anything after 90 days. I was not asked to, nor did I sign such a statement. Secondly, she has sold a whole other page 
of items that she has never paid me for. She and her assistant, [redacted], both told me this on numerous occasions. She is very dishonest and will say anything at any time to cover her lies. Also, I never gave her permission to donate anything. She owes me $1,080 for the items she has sold and not paid me for and for the items still left in her store.

I filed a complaint against Belle City Resale, in Racine, WI.  It was supposedly resolved a few days later when they said they would send us a check on June 15, 2014 for ~ $240.00.  To date, 6/26/14, I have not received any check from them.
 
I would appreciate it if you would contact them,  to find out why we have not been paid.   
 
This is no way for them to run there business!
