[redacted] and his team were here on time every timeThey worked Monday through Friday starting by sanding and fixing the walls - finding even more spots to fill in than my husband didThey flawlessly painted the ceilings throughout and - when we found a couple drips on the trim - quickly and willingly cleaned them up for a beautiful finishThe walls came out beautifully with all the detail just as we'd requestedThey left the house clean and organized every day and put things back before they left [redacted] was just a pleasure to work withWe wouldn't hesitate to hire them again or recommend them to friends and family

Review: When I placed an order, estimated time was 5-7 days. After a few weeks, I logged- in to see the status of the order, the website showed that the return period has been expired. So, they expired the return period even before the item was shipped. When I called about this problem, the customer service rep told me the product which I ordered is the final sale item. I told her it did not say anywhere about the non-refundable final sales item when I ordered - on website, order receipt or even on delivery confirmation.

I am currently disputing this charge with my credit card company.Desired Settlement: I would like to get refund and make an arrangement to pick up the item from my house. I also like an apology for the long wait, misleading information on delivery time, return, and refund process.

Review: I have been dealing with the Belle and Clive company for over a month. I have made over 7 phone calls to them about numerous issues; from being charged Multiple times for a single order placed-- to now not being credited the correct amount for items returned within 6 day of my having received them. I have spoken to numerous Customer Service Reps. [redacted] has been the best in trying to be helpful-- but the situation continues. I even spoke to [redacted] who is a [redacted]. With the original issues being that I was charged several times for one single original order (to the total price tag of over $600.00)--- to now still having not been credited the correct amount for items that I returned last month . I returned the items the day after I received them per their instructions I received over the phone from their CS dept. They verified just yesterday that they had received them within 6 days of the original order . I had to be the one to give them my tracking number information from UPS as they did not show it in their system and they also did not show that the item had been received until I gave the tracking information to them. Their policy states that items need to be returned within 21 days for a full refund-- therefore my return falls into the category of being able to receive a full credit. Nothing was opened/used that I returned. One of the items was sent to me in one of the multiple charges-- Again, I never ordered it...their computers kept generating multiple order for me for some unknown reason. Today, I saw a credit for $ 8.16 on my account. In reality, they owe me almost $ 90.00. I am not asking for anything at this point but for them to please correctly credit the monies due back to me for the items that I returned in an expedited manner. Again, I have all documentation and names of all CS reps that I have spoken with including reports that I filed with my banking institution. I would greatly appreciate your help with this matter. I have tried very hard to be patient and work through this situation on my own. [redacted] and [redacted] have been very helpful but I would like finalization to this matter.Desired Settlement: Expedited refund of all monies due to the original form of payment--Credit card.

Review: Dear Sir or Madam:

I am writing to talk about my first order [redacted] at belleandclive.com, white DG stretch cotton point collar dress shirt, placed on 11/**/14. Due to it that I am an overseas buyer, the order shipping address belongs to a US-based forwarding company, which specializes in international shipping service with low cost. After more than one month waiting, I received the shirt from forwarding company this morning only packaged in DG plastic bag without DG shirt box. Then I am so shocked at the quality of this shirt. Besides made of such thin material, far from crisp colloar, there are several obvious flaws to be found at the first sight.

(1)one button at the front without full “Dolce & Gabbana” stamped, clearly lacking of the letter “C” and “E” with the bad letter “L”.

(2)Poor sewing and handcraft appears at least three places when I have not unfolded the shirt fully, including front clousure, neck rear and collar intersection.

I swear I will never wear such poor shirt, and I will not actively call for return for three reasons. One is shipping cost, shipping from U.S. to China took me 12 usd, it will take me near 50 usd if I return it to your U.S. warehouse, but the shirt just took me 75 usd. Two is deadline, I know the return deadline has passed according to your regulation. Three is ethics, maybe you will sell the poor quality shirt to next buyer again if I return it.

I much appreciate the slogan “At Belle & Clive, we offer only the best brand names and highest quality goods. We proudly stand behind the authenticity of our goods.” I have no reason and right to say what I bought and received seems to be unauthentic, but far from “highest quality goods” actually, so slogan is just slogan perhaps.

I think that respectable merchant should give customers refund or offer other satisfying solution as for such disappointed shopping experience.

By now, I have sent 8 emails about this issue since 12/**/14 and attached the relavant pics demonstrating the flaws I have mentioned. Belleandclive.com service page advertise "Our Customer Care team will do their best to respond to your email within 24 hours, and they usually reply in a much shorter time." But no relpy arrives hitherto.Desired Settlement: I call for refund as compensation for the defective item

Review: I ordered a pair of sunglasses on June**, 2013. I have never received them. I have twice asked that the order be cancelled and told "they can't do that." The glasses were supposed to be delivered within 5-9 business days. On July **, 2013 they charged by credit card $145 for the glasses. It is now July [redacted] almost one month later and they still will not refund my money. I want my $145 refunded and I will never do business with them again. I think this is a scam. Order #[redacted]Desired Settlement: I want my $145 credited back to my credit card.

Review: I ordered a pair of GUCCI sunglasses and received a FAKE PLASTIC copy of Gucci Sunglasses.Desired Settlement: Would like my credit card credited for a FULL refund.

Review: hello, Several days ago I placed an order at Belle & Clive.I paid the order through my credit card.the order number is [redacted].my acccount at Belle & Clive is [redacted].I don't kown my package was shipped by which shipper.they send me two emails.one emal said that it was shipped by ups .the other one showed my package was shipped by usps .Anyway I still didn't receive my package although it showed delievered. I have contacted the website.I asked them to help me to locate it.but they told me that they are unable to assist me because the package has been delievered.they suggest reaching out to my credit card company for additional assistance in this matter.but I really receive nothing . I told them that this charge was authorized by myself so I couldn't able to contact my credit card company.Apprarently this order may be lost.but they refuse to help me to find it nor refund me.I am very disappointed.this is my first time buy my stuffs at Belle & Clive.I think they have responsibility to help me to find it.now I am facing the fact that my property might get lost.so please help to solve this issue.thank you very much.
