I purchased a prom dress from bellegboutique on February 25, 2020 for $398.00 + Ms.State Tax $27.86 total $425.86.
The dress was for my granddaughter's senior prom. The dress wasn't never taken out of the boutique shop, never worn, or altered. The Meridian City School District did not and will not have a prom. I called the owner to ask for exchange for store credit. She refused to give me store credit or anything only wanted me to pick up the dress ASAP. All of this happen due to the Covid 19 then the world stooped, shopping stop all Event stooped.
My grand daughter will be going to College this fall.
I hope and pray that Revdex.com will help me with a resolution to this complaint.
In response to the complaint , we certainly regret the impact of Covid 19 on everyone. Our store policy is and has always been that there are no returns, exchanges or credits on prom, pageant and cocktail dresses. We notified her that we would meet her at her convenience to pick up the dress.
