complete situationMs*** *** has known from thebeginning the issues of my father's health with emails plus all information that was provided.This document can be read; along with all documents provided showing the true issue of Ms.*** *** being impatient when nothing else could be done.This letter is in reference in regards to the accurate history of our business with Ms***Also in regards to the complaint submitted on 7/23/10:01:50pm with ID#***The complete complaint is as you will see with all the documentation provided.We are sending with the letter a copy of the signed notarized nonrefundable adoption contractsigned and agreed upon by *** *** on July 1st, The contract was signed in frontof the notary, *** * ***, Notary of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania.On July 3rd we were on our way to deliver the mini mares when coming up on to theinterstate we lost all turbo power and our inner cooler had blew a hole in itAt the initial timeof the incident we had no idea what had happened but that we had no power, no turbonothingWe were in a very dangerous place on the side of the interstate, considering it was July3rd and everyone was traveling for the holiday weekendWe had to slowly creep going milesan hour to get to a safe exit where we could look inside the hood and see if this issues wasminor or major*** P was notified right away of the issue and she was very understanding asyou will seeWe then spent the next several hours, trying three different automotive stores;trying to repair what we thought but later found out wasn't the issuePlease refer to bankingreceiptsFinally as hours went on we contacted *** P and told her that we were going tohave to slowly make it back home for the truck to be repairedIt took us hours to travel homeas we had no turbo or power to pull the big hillsOnce back home several days of looking,taking things apart; this issue was diagnosed by a friendThe part of the inner cooler of theturbo engineWe have to locate and wait for the part to comeThis took a few daysOnce thepart was in hand the truck was fixedWe were able to get the part on July 23rd, 2015; pleaserefer to receiptThen the truck was repaired by August 1st, Please refer to hauling forrescued donkeys on August 1,2015.*** ***, you will see from the pictures of text messages taken and printed of ourconversations along with emails that Miss ***, her initial understanding andcompassionate manner quickly turned to demanding and wanting a deadline of last daydelivered when she knew we didn't have the part to repair the truck or the time to repair thetruckMiss *** grew impatience and demanded final date of delivery which we honestlytold her we would get the mini mares delivered as soon as possible and as soon as the truckwas fixed politely and she understood thatShe was told we would get them there by the endof August and I wasn't going to charge her for board while hereShe was told August to give ussome time to get things done with the truck but honestly planned on soonerThe truck wasactually fixed August 1st, 2015, we can provide the receipt if necessaryEven though *** was somewhat understanding at a point she was anxious to get the mini mareshauledWhich we fully understood but our hands were tiedSo on 7/22/it was agreed uponby *** P and ourselves to hire a professional hauler to haul the mini mares to her property.She stated that she needed a hauling quote in the amount of $200.00, which is extremely lowand hard to findPlease keep in mind when we broke down on July 3rd on our way to haulthe mini mares, we by far spent all funds for hauling of the mini maresWe were refunding thetotal $in fuel charges, only shipping fee she was paying us that we charged to haul themini mares for her, so that she could put that towards the $After searching as sheasked for days, I located a hauler for the $200.00, sent the contact info to *** P for her tocontact*** P became very disgruntled after she was made aware that professional haulersrequire additional health paperwork to cross state lines, which she didn't have nor did she payforWe didn't need these additional documents for us to haul privately and I was trying tokeep her costs low as she was working on a budget the entire timeOnce the situation becamevery negative *** P threatened that she had spoken with a contract attorney and that wewere responsible for the additional health paperwork plus shippingYou will see in the textmessages where we ask for the attorney to contact us and due to the agreed use ofprofessional hauler in the amount of $was turned down; all boarding fees would startback up immediately and until settled of $a dayThe first week we fed the bales of haythat *** P had purchased from us, then subtracted the $from the board bill as it hasbeen adding upWe did everything contractually binding on our end and even spent dayslocating a hauler with her minimal budget amountYou will see in the text messages discussionabout *** the mini donkeyWhen *** P came to our home to view the mini mares, sheloved *** and said that if she ever could afford it she would love to have a mini donkey justlike himWhen we decided due to a family member's health to place *** into a foreverhome, *** P was notifiedShe said the only way she could do it was in two payments August15th and September 15thThis is all discussed and arrangements were made and agreed uponprior to the fall outWe agreed and were letting her adopt him and have him with his adoptionfee not completely paid prior; we were trusting herI'm sending along the copy of adoptioncontract that was faxed to her for her to sign and send with checks; but was never completed.So when the financial issue came up with the professional hauler, *** was taken off the tableto ensure *** P was financially able to cover her end of the haulingShe was very upset butunderstood the reason why she needed to worry about the mini mares first.Once we then received the letter from yourself, Revdex.com we noted that *** P doesn't want tohave any further contact with us and wants a refundAs you will read in the adoption contractall fees are non-refundable and if for any reason *** P would decide not to follow thru withthe adoption all fees are non-refundableDue to *** P not wanting to have any furthercontact with us, she will no longer be able to have the adoption option with the mini mares.The adoption requires monthly then every months updates with pictures of the mini mare's nresulting foals for lifeAt this point she can purchase them out right for the original purchaseprice of an additional $each, purchase the health certificates for both and pay for thehauling in full if she would still like to have the mini maresShe has put a claim against usafter we went above and beyond to help her make this possibleThis complete issue is veryunfortunate and we were shocked of the claims and outcomeOur daughter Britney trulyenjoyed Miss *** P with her eccentric ways and was very much looking forward to a greatrelationship now and in the futureWe don't see any way of mending with the claims thatshe has put towards our name and to be able to trust her to follow her adoption contract withupdates and picturesTo be clear the health certificate that she would of needed for pro haulerprior to the truck being fixed would be $farm call plus $($170)Once the truck wasfixed she could have had it done for $55.00, which normally there would have been a fuelcharge but was willing to wave the fuel to get the situation settledWhen you consider the$quote I got; totaling $Then when you would have subtracted the $priorto the boarding starting back up; it would have only been $for her considering the truckwas fixed on August 1st,2015.Enclosing with an overview we are very disappointed, we thought we were a better judge ofcharacter than thisWhile it was no one's fault that our truck broke down it's a fact that it did,that it takes time to diagnose and it takes time to fixThe truck is a special turbo diesel that isn'tlike most trucks with special engine and chipsIf *** P would have been more understandingand have more patience's the outcome would have been different*** P expectations wereunreasonableWhen she asked for a final date, we gave her the end of August; but that wasn'tgood enoughWe always planned to deliver the minis before it was agreed by both parties tohire a pro hauler to get them there quicklyThe hauler I located for $was going to haulthem that week for her, please refer to the Facebook Instant message copies ofcorrespondenceWhile we understand that was heartbreaking to her when the truck brokedown, we offered to give the $in fuel fees to help defray her costs and get them to hersoon; even though those funds were long usedAt the end you will see that she accused us ofbreaking the contract, which we didn't and tried to push us to paying for the hauling by prohauler and health certificate which would have totaled $at that time considering thetruck wasn't fixedWe are not responsible for any additional funds to get the minis to herbecause we were still going to bring them to her before she grew nasty and contacted the Revdex.com.She had options that she chose to go against and stated she had an attorneyWe to date havenever heard anything from any attorney, just received your letter from Revdex.comThen the nextproblem is her not wanting to have anything to do with us*** P has signed and paid for anonrefundable adoption only contract as stated aboveThis makes *** P just the adoptionowner as long as she follows all stipuiations of the adoption contractBelle Greye Haven Stablesis still and will remain the legal owner of the mini mares and any resulting foals unless they arepurchased out right for the additional $($each prior to foaling) plus all boardingfees are paid in fullYou will see this in email that I have printed off and sent for you to viewIfshe would purchase them, she would have full ownership and have the rights to sell, lease, giveaway and etcAt this point she has board that has been incurring during this situation thatwould have to be paid in full, along with any additional health paperwork required by a prohauler and the hauling fees herselfWe have tried everything to make this possible for her,when it only escalated in to this complete situation resulting in a messPlease refer to theattached text messages for clarificationWe were still working on the hauling as she asked, mydad purchased the part on the 23rd of July and here to come to find out she filed a complaint onthe evening of 23rd of luly with the Revdex.comAs you wilt read, she informed us that we wereresponsible for all to get hauled and she had decided that she didn't want any further contactwith us??
