Our experience has been awful nothing gets fixed right or at all unless you call and yell times maintenance is horribly rude as well as the office staff I pay my rent ( the full amount) and I can't even have a ceiling that doesn't leak or a dishwasher that works heck it took a month to get my a/c fixed this place is a joke

This case has been resolvedI spoke with Ms [redacted] on 9/3/I offered to set up an appointment on Tuesday to view an apartment and I even agreed to waive the application fee for herThe conversation went well from start to finish leading me to understand that the issue has been resolved

I reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted] , and find the resolution is satisfactory to me in the sense that my water bill was taken care of, and I have documentation through the Revdex.com and the paperwork that I received from the rental officeI do not agree with the statements that it was handled in a timely manner, and the way it was handled was not professionalThe pictures included are of how my apartment looked when I came home from work, along with the note that was leftEven if they couldn't fix the problem, it was extremely unprofessional and rude to leave someone else's living space in these conditionsI'm not asking anything more of the business on this matter

I live in a property owned by Belle Harbour Management of Ohio called New Castle Townhomes in Columbus OhThis is an awful apartment complexI have had many maintenance issues including my heat not working properly for over a month during winter with negative dgree weatherI have made more than several calls to the complex requesting assistanceMy heat was rigged to stay onThe thermastat does not work at all and I have to actually use the breaker to turn it off and onMy electric bill was well over $dollarsI have also had to complain aout a drafty window several times, an over flowing toilet several times with no result or assistanceAlso the complex does not plow, shovel of salt any of the sidewalks or parking lotMy minor daughter has fallen several times this last time needing a visit to the urgent careThey are also more concerned about their Spanish Speaking residents than any otherDO NOT MOVE HERE it is not worth it in the long run
