We brought our year old father to Belle Reve facility, within hours he fell twice, was not being watched properly, they called my mother after st fall, called a 2nd time, to tell her he is being sent by ambulance to Orange Regional hospital with a head injury, bypassing a hospital in Port Jervis, NYHe now has a fractured hip that he didn't have prior to Belle ReveThan they claimed he was assaultive, & black listed him from other Homes into the areaStated he was no longer staying thereBasically did a dump job @ Orange RegionalI'm sorry we did not do more of a review of this facility, if we had we would not have taken our father here
