I have reviewed the offer and/or response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and have determined that this proposed action would not resolve my complaint.  For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.I DID NOT make another appointment!  I called on the following business day they were open!  I was offered the opportunity to return and refused.  I asked for a full refund on the hair cut, since it was a non product procedure, and half refund on the color.  I provided pictures to the stylist prior to her service and I provided pictures to the owner/manager when I placed the complaint.  I do not have any appointment to cancel, I would not go back to that salon due to their attitude and I want a FULL refund due to their attitude!

Review: I went to have my hair colored and trimmed. The beautician was [redacted]. I showed her a picture of the color I wanted, which was a light golden brown with blond highlights, and a trim. She indicated that I needed more cut from my hair than a trim and stood me up out of the chair and measured, on my body, where she would cut my hair to. My hair was below mid back and she indicated about 2 inches off - I agreed. The finished look was so dark it is almost black (not even close to the golden brown she was shown) and my hair cut was just below my shoulders (about 3 inches more than she indicated and a whole lot more than I wanted). I didn't seek the manager, Barbara, at that time, it was late, I had already been there over 4 hours and my daughter was so hunger she was getting nausea. [redacted] knew she has messed up, she kept repeating "it doesn't look bad, it will grow out."I called and talked to Barbara on Monday, the first business day for the salon. She wanted me to come in but it is a long way down there and I didn't have time. So after several phone calls, she gave me her email address and I sent her pictures of what I look like now and what my hair color was supposed to look like. She admitted that what I got was not even close to what I wanted and she wanted to redo my hair color - said there wasn't anything that could be done about the hair cut.I didn't want my hair recolored from this almost black to the lighter golden brown - it would really damage my hair.After our last communication, Barbara became rude. I had asked for a partial refund on the color and a full refund on the cut. She offered me a $50.00 gift card for my next visit form a $210.00 charge.My hair makes me feel so bad every day and I just have to wait for it to grow out.Desired Settlement: After the rude attitude, after showing her pictures of what I got and what I wanted, I want a full refund for the unprofessional work done on my hair!There was no reason a licensed beautician should have messed up so drastically!
