I regret having to leave negative feedback for any company, but I think this one needs attention. When I first contacted this company I fell for the sales pitch and decided to hire them. I had a couple of issues after the move and contacted ***. The first message was ignored, then I sent the message again and was told she was checking with her movers. After again giving plenty of time for an answer, I sent another message which has been completely ignored. My exercise bike was practically brand new and the floor protector end caps that come attached to the bike were gone. I called just found out that the floor protectors for my exercise bike are not sold separately and cannot be replaced. I have no idea why they would have even removed them. Also, I was supposed to receive $50 off on my move from a coupon I had, and it was not honored. I ended up with two movers, and received an apology right away that one was sick from the night before and could not do much. Also ended up with my car being packed up with stuff because they did not have enough room in the truck, leaving dents in the leather seats in my SUV. The light in the stairway of my new apt. was broken by the movers as well. Five hours for moving a one bedroom apt with no living room or dining room furniture seems quite excessive, especially when I already had the bed broken down, everything boxed up and wrapped, ready to go. When I was in another room I came back and saw items being thrown off the balcony second floor down to the truck. Items that were pointed out not to be moved ended up packed in the truck. The movers did not wear masks and with Covid 19 being a huge issue right now, this is another concern. The customer service in my situation is zero. I would have expected an apology right away, the $50 returned right away for the coupon, and at least some concern shown for the missing parts of my bike. I also think that after being made aware of some of the issues there were, they should have offered a partial refund. I feel that my questions were answered promptly before the move, but after the move I am ignored. I will not use them again and am not able to recommend this company based on the service I received.

Dear *** I apologize that you felt not heard and believed that you were being ignored. I can promise that you were not. I have attempted in all ways to locate your four rubber floor protectors. The movers had to take them off or it would stick to the floor while being moved. That is one of the main reasons that they exist is to stick to the ground or other surfaces. The 4 rubber pieces are in your home. If you would like for me to send the movers to search for them we will happily do so and have communicated that to you. It is mandatory that all movers wear masks inside homes but with the extreme heat I do allow them to breathe if not in your space. They also use hand sanitizer when soap and water is not offered or available. As well as several other precautionary measures. All clients get to pick their moving experience(truck size and number of employees) even after I explain the differences and my opinion. I am sorry that the size of truck you chose was not sufficient for your move. A second trip could have easily been made with zero additional fees. This also has never been brought to my attention. Even if it had, I can not change your decision. As far as things being thrown over the balcony I have a difficult time understanding that. Clients that request that to be done we are unable to accommodate them. In concern of the $50 off coupon I apologize. The movers would have taken it off your total if they received it. I will be more than happy to send you a check for $50 as soon as I receive the coupon. We are sorry that your concerns have not been heard of before this report. You stated that we communicated 3 times. We have tried and continue to try to make you a happy client. We look forward to resolving your needs.

I am rejecting this response because:
I felt like I was being ignored because I was. It took me making a complaint to the Revdex.com to get your attention. I did not state that we communicated three times, I said I attempted to communicate with you three times. The only communication I received from you was a reply to only my second email saying “I am waiting to hear back from movers”. Your reply that you attempted in all ways to locate the "four rubber floor protectors” further proves the validity of my complaint. I sent you a photo with the first and second email that clearly show TWO of the end caps were missing. The end caps on my stationary bike are not to make it “stick to the ground” as you put it, and they are not rubber. They are a there to protect the floor and cover the edges of metal, and are not intended to be removed. The bike was folded up and locked in place. It has built-in wheels on the front two so that the bike can easily be moved when it is folded up. Again, there was NO reason that they should have been removed. They are attached when the bike is built and the company said they are not replaceable. You said your movers “had to take them off”, but it was the first item that was moved out of my apartment and it was carried out with the end caps attached. The pieces are not in my home. I have unpacked everything and they are nowhere to be found. Your reply said you had communicated that you would send the movers over to look for them is false. The only reply I ever had from you is “I am waiting to hear back from movers”. I have all texts to back this up. You Never offered any kind of assistance to me. You did nothing to try to help at all. There were no masks worn at any time by your employees, whether I was in the same room or not. I never saw a mask at any time. As far as truck size, you said that you did not require inventory of my items to be able to tell me which truck should be used. You said that you only ask two questions to make it simple. At first you said the large truck, but I ended up selling my sofa, loveseat and recliner before the move and asked if I still needed the large truck and your only reply was “changed to 16’ truck at $139 per hour”. I trusted your opinion. I am not a professional mover. I personally witnessed items being thrown from the balcony. One mover was on the balcony (second floor) and one was below by the truck. I had been in another room and when I came into the living room I saw this happening. You were not there to see, so I don’t know how you would know anything about this. The $50 discount was noted on the invoice. I noticed later that night, that the sum was not correct. You failed to address the broken light, halfway off the wall in my new apartment which has to be replaced and the sick employee that was sent to move me. You were aware of all the concerns as they were outlined in my communication to you. You have not communicated anything to me and you certainly HAVE NOT TRIED ANYTHING to make me a happy client. I want the $50 discount, and $200 to cover the damages done and for the additional time it took to move me because one employee was sick and not able to work to his full ability.

I have used Belle's Movers a few times before, even recommended them. But this last move was a nightmare. Their movers were so unprofessional and several of our pieces of furniture have damage from shoving them into a truck that was too small. They even dragged our leather sofa on the concrete. Not sure what happened with their company but I cannot recommend or use them ever again.

What a horrible experience. DO NOT HIRE THEM. They said they were going to deliver our belongings right after packing them and then called after we were waiting for an hour at our house late at night to say they decided they weren't coming. This was a complete surprise and shock to us as they had literally all of our belongings. They said they'd bring our belongings first thing the next day and didn't arrive until 9PM. We were about to call the police they were so shady. I have no idea how they have a 5 star review. They were awful!

Lea Ann and Jose were great. When I had to change the date for my furniture to be brought back from storage due to delays in the renovation, they were kind and accomodating. The pricing and services they offered were well explained. I definitely recommend them to anyone.

I would like to say that my experience with Belle's superior moving compay was in fact superior. I could not believe how fast and professional they packed my stuff and unloaded. Price was very faor and competitive. No hidden fees. Knowledgeable workers. Also, they gave a small gift at the end as token of appreciation for using their company. I find that small token to complete the entire experience.

Used Belles Superior movers to move across town in Austin and they did a tremendous job. Showed up on time and ready to go. Explained the entire process to me so I knew what to expect. Had an amazing experience with this company! Belle’s was very accommodating and communicative through the whole process. Additionally, the movers were very patient and thorough. Despite the length of the move, and in triple-digit heat, Jose and his associate were committed to delivering quality service the whole time.

I used this moving company this weekend. Lee-Ann was great, very friendly and helpful. The movers did a great job and the guys were friendly and on time, actually they were early! I thought it was really sweet that the owner hand wrote me a personal thank you letter. I will definitely use them next time I move.
